Thank you for your review. Our guests over the years have enjoyed the view from the two balconies. We have placed new Polywood furniture on balconies … including outdoor rugs, 2 gliders, 4 armchairs and , all on the large balcony are counter height chairs so your view is not restricted by the railings. We strive to keep our villa spotless… thank you for mentioning that aspect of our villa. We are thankful for a super, personal cleaning service !! Our goal is to provide a comfortable, well equipped, updated and exceptionally clean getaway for vacationers . We so appreciate you being our guest and hope to see you again !!!

Bath and Body soap dispensers are filled, extra washing machine and dishwater detergents are restocked, extra garbage bags, and dishes, cookware for any meal you need to prepare and enjoy are available for your use... toys, books for all ages and games... and the list goes on. Some of our favorites opportunities at our home is the short walk to the beach, watching the dophins, the endless bike/walking paths, having access to pickleball courts and tennis courts, heated/cooled pool, and the South Beach Marina and Salty Dog Restaurant just across the street. It is our pleasure to provide you with a 10 * vacation home. We take tremendour pride in our home and treating our guests as if they were our guests in our permanent home in NC. Thank u for taking the time to review our villa. The location is ideal!! Not only are our guests across the street from Salty Dog Restaurant , but also tennis, pickle ball courts , tennis courts and bike rental are available, too!! The views from our balconies are amazing . It is our goal to keep our home in tip top condition by replacing appliances or furnishing when those begin to show wear. We have new carpet in bedrooms, new dishwasher and new outdoor Polywood furniture will be delivered by mid May. We appreciate our guests and desire their vacation in our home to be memorable . We are always delighted to knowing our guest had a wonderful vacation.

We so appreciate your review. We try to provide lots of info, so our guest's arrival, stay and departure will be as stress free as possible. This is super important for any traveler but especially essential when one travels with children. We are so thankful the pool upgrades were completed prior to your arrival. Thank you for your review. It is wonderful to be able to just walk from the pool to the beach in less than a minute!! The wooden board walk is an asset as well , especially if you are pulling a wagon or pushing a stroller. We are so thrilled you enjoyed your stay and do hope you will visit with us again.
