House was fantastic!!!

The views were impeccable pool was great for a large group like ours. Enjoyed the views. Only suggestion would somehow cover the two lower porches so you can sit out and enjoy a rainy day or the hot tub and keep your stuff dry. Just a recommendation. The house was great.

Extremely clean

Great house, 10 minute walk to the beach! The living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable, but there was plenty of room to congregate in different spaces. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived!

Best Time Ever

The house was just what we needed. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The only inconvenience were two spots in the entrance had some damage that we had to cover so nobody tripped. Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend rent this house to anyone.

Misleading and poor communication

So many things wrong with this property. When we arrived to the home,there were two large holes in the floor.Someone decided to put a waste basket over one of the holes as if this would resolve the issue. Dog hair all over linens,bathroom shower curtain had mold on it.Carpets are filthy,pet hair embedded and I’m pretty sure there’s a blood stain by one of the chairs.I re wiped everything because i didn’t trust the cleaning at all. There is no way a professional cleaning company cleans and sanitizes these homes nor could they possibly use a professional laundry service. The biggest issue was the cockroaches at the entrance way. I did call and maintenance was sent out to address the gaping holes in the floor,he also stated this was a safety concern but also let it be known that the owner was fully aware of the large holes in the floor. Maintenance came and did repairs the next day to the floor but not all and we had to endure banging and saws for 4.5 hours which was extremely unpleasant for my 2 year old toddler attempting to take a nap. Maintenance told my husband that someone else would need to come and fix the rest of the issue in a couple of days.Someone did come out but they did not fix the issue after we were told it would be.I was then called a third day asking if it was okay for maintenance to complete the job and I declined. After two days of constant banging it was in agreement with all in the house that the repairs would need to be done after we left as to it was very disruptive to everyone. Pest control did come out and spray.However,I am pregnant and have a small child so they weren’t able to spray a whole lot and it still didn’t fix the issue because the bugs managed to find ways in the home. Customer service told me twice that someone would be out with fresh linens since mine were filthy.However this never happened,I went out and purchased new sheets and used a lint roller. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how unpleasant the situation was from start to finish. The house has potential but needs a complete makeover and a deep cleaning. Pool was nice but also very dirty and freezing.

First family vacation ever! The home and location was absolutely beautiful,local stores(many in walking distance) were filled with friendly people and full of hospitality. Our family will definitly be back!

Restful vacation

Sound access not impressive at all but my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub great. Plenty of room for everyone. Beach was wonderful.

Great house!

Very nice house. The door to the back porch from the house was REALLY hard to open and close though. Good location, and it was cool to watch the kite boarders from our balcony.
