Beach Front Condominium convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de la playa de Isla Verde y el centro de la ciudad.

El apartamento está ubicado en un piso 16 de la torre oeste que ofrece una espectacular vista sin obstáculos del Océano Atlántico. Ubicación privilegiada, a diferencia de East Tower, no tenemos ruido de fiestas en The Water Club Rooftop, justo al otro lado de East Tower.

Habitación con vista al mar con cama Queen, toallas, ropa de cama, cajones, toallas de playa, sillas de playa, enfriador de hielo, tabla de planchar / plancha, armario grande con muchas perchas y más ...

Baño moderno con excelente presión de ducha, secador de pelo, artículos de tocador, artículos de limpieza y lavandería.

Sala de estar: Cómodo futón que se convierte en cama doble, TV, radio / DVD, WIFI, una increíble brisa del océano y vista al mar.

AC central: recientemente reparado en julio de 2019, además de ventiladores de techo en la sala de estar y el dormitorio: fantástica brisa natural del océano y sonido de las olas.

Cocina y comedor: asientos de cocina y comedor totalmente equipados para 4 personas.

Balcón: ¡El mejor lugar de la casa! Tal como ves en la imagen principal. Romántico y mágico donde pasarás la mayor parte del tiempo relajándote y observando a la gente en la playa. Binoculares siempre!

El edificio tiene acceso directo a la playa, piscina, área de barbacoa, parque infantil, cancha de baloncesto, cancha de tenis, lavandería y jardín.

El aeropuerto está a 5-10 minutos en coche. El exclusivo distrito de Condado se encuentra a 7-10 minutos en auto. El Viejo San Juan está a 10-15 minutos dependiendo del tráfico.

This apartment was very clean. Amaizing views. Sonia was all the time there if I need her. Affordable price. It is better than stay in a hotel. You will find all the amenities in this condominium that you'll find in a hotel. Location is perfect to reach any where in the island.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful VRBO rental. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the beach. It was super convenient to walk out of the building and enjoy the beach at your footsteps. We took advantage of using the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels provided by the condo. We also appreciated the building had a pool. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. We rented a car for the week, and the parking in the building was very convenient. We also appreciated that we were a quick drive or Lyft ride to Old San Juan, Piñones, Rio Piedras, etc. Sonia is great at checking in and communicating before your arrival and during your stay. Highly recommend booking this condo.

Beautiful condo on stunning, well-maintained beach. Conveniently located close to airport and Old San Juan. Host was very prompt and easy to communicate with. They kept us up to date on local conditions and did their best to ensure we had an enjoyable stay!

The condo was excellent, it was clean and comfortable. All the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, soap) were provided so we didn’t have to run out immediately. The view is amazing. We rented a car so having an available spot to park was incredible. Everything you need is within walking distance but we ventured out to a couple beaches and San Juan a few times. The more “high end” restaurants are more towards the hotels. The pool was clean, the property well maintained.

I absolutely adore this vrbo! I stayed here twice already and never disappoints. The host is amazing with communication and any help you may need. Beautiful view and so many things to do in the area. It’s close to old San Juan so an uber there is so cheap! Just perfect!!

This was an amazing vacation. Sonia and Felix provided great information on the area and the surrounding towns. The view was stunning. We enjoyed going to the beach every morning and sipping a cup of coffee in the balcony with the majestic view of the ocean. Beautiful apartment with every amenity you need. Checking in was very easy the instruction help out alot , the condo was just so cute , very clean, hubby and i are coffee lovers so having a wrkng kitchen in general help alot.Beach chairs and cooler were so helpful since beach was right out the backyard..Location of condo was perfect love the view to the ocean... and everythin was just a 10/15mnts lyft drive away..just love our stayed,. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends..when back to PR we will definitely book again..we stayed 8nights .. Thanks sonia snd Felix for being great accessible hosts..

This view will forever be in my greatest memories! The location and convenience are great. All the restaurants across the street and buildings were lovely. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and the breeze is just amazing! Thank you Sonia and Felix for hosting us!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay!I absolutely loved my stay at this VRBO rental! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything I needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedding. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything I wanted to explore. Unit has been updated and was clean and pleasant for our stay. Photos were accurate to the unit in my opinion. Great view from the ocean facing balcony. Building has a lot of STRs but everyone seemed pretty respectful and quiet hours were observed. Located in a great area central to the tourist district. Felt safe even walking the beach very late at night. Lots of local restaurants and bars to try. The pizza place across the street is open 24 hours but the noise does not make it to this unit. We really enjoyed the condo and will book again the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

This was our second visit to your beautiful property and it was not a disappointment!We spent 8 great days celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary in PR and enjoyed having such a great place (location and safety wise) to come home to.I highly recommend a stay here if coming to PR. Exactly As Advertised

The place was great and exactly as seen in posted pictures. All windows, great view, lots of sunlight. Small kitchen, but gets the job done and has everything you need. Hosts supplied starters of everything from dish soap/sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soaps etc...which is very helpful as some places I've stayed supply absolutely nothing at all, and who wants to go shopping for that stuff while on vacation?! Beach was nice and well maintained, though can get a bit crowded, and the pool is nice as it is on the larger size and really never seemed to be too crowded actually. The hosts were great, supplied a welcome package with helpful information on restaurants, activities and the like. They were also very easy to get in touch with and responsive to ant questions I had. overall, a great stay and would come to this unit again

Communication with the owners was great; they were very responsive. The condo was neat and cozy with an excellent view and just steps from the beach. it is located near Walgreens, shops, restaurants, and a quick Uber ride to anywhere else.

Amazing place!

Hosts were always quick to answer any questions and the place was well stocked. Even with a 36 hr power outage there was everything we needed to continue our vacation! Felt very safe with all the extra security. I would highly recommend! We had a great vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with a beautiful beach

Great communication with the owners. Right on a beautiful beach. There was some traffic/airplane noise occasionally. The home was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Great Location, Clean, Secure & The Views

Adorable condo with all the amenities, beautiful views with private access to the beach and private secure parking. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants and short drive to old San Juan. Sonia was great, checking on us during our stay but everything was perfect. The staff at the building was very nice and helpful! Thank you for the great stay, if we come back we will definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend to friends!

Needs a facelift

Hi, The beach was busy but beautiful. The building and the unit could use a facelift. The unit was clean and well supplied. The beach chairs were new but uncomfortable. The system of keys and fobs for entering and exiting the property, getting to the beach is down right awful. There is a narrow turn style that requires a fob to get on or off the beach and it is definitely awkward to get through the space with beach chairs and towels.The area across the street from the condo is tacky, loud. The neighborhood to the west becomes nicer with better restaurants.

This is our home away from home and we consider it very special. The balmy ocean breeze caresses you from the minute you walk in the door and the sound of the waves and amazing ocean view makes you forget about all worries in the world and be thankful for life. If you are a couple, you will fall in love again here over and over again! If you're friends or family having fun, you will enjoy unforgettable times and send pics back home that will be the envy of your friends!
