Great Stay
We had a great trip, we went for Spring Training. The house is great. The rooms are big and house was very clean. The workout room was a nice addition as we used it quite a bit in the mornings. The house is very close to multiple baseball stadiums, we are Reds fans and were able to go to a game every day and even a practice. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, silverware, etc. The location was safe and comfortable as well. The only small consideration would be that there was no cable tv, but it didnt make much difference to us as we were usually gone starting at 9am and didnt return until 8 or 9 at night. The house is close to hiking as well, the Estrella Mountains were only about 20 min, and we had a good 3 mile hike. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to the area. Ed communicated very well and promptly.

Great location and home but cleanliness lacking
We arrived and had no trouble checking in. We loved the location and the home but not some of the issues we experienced. The dishwasher was loaded (likely from the previous guests) dirty and had not been run. There were a lot of medications of a patient in the kitchen cabinet. We had never stayed at a VBRO where guests were encouraged to leave left over food in the fridge for other future guests. Some of the open and left food had expired and dated 2014 on up to 2018. The beds were comfortable, pillows had to be stacked so they were comfortable. The curtain rod in the master bed was just hanging, not broken but looked like a piece had fell out of place. Several of the lights and light switches were not working and they left boxes of light bulbs but we did not have time to change them. I recommend labeling some of the light switches in such a large place where there are several light switches. The property encouraged guests to leave any left over shampoo but there were just a ton sitting in the bathroom shower shelf so just appeared clutter. Would recommend storing them under the sink or in a closet and let future guests know if they forgot anything they could check that closet. Overall, the property was a great location, home is nice but could be improved as a vacation rental---reduce the clutter appearance of all the left over food and toiletries from previous guests. Would appreciate a clean kitchen and not have to run the dishwater on our first night coming in so we had plates for the following morning. Thank you and good luck!
