Woodlawn Cottage - Beachfront

NEWLY RENOVATED INSIDE AND OUT!
A terrific 5-bedroom, 5-bath oceanfront home (one bedroom/bath is a detached mother-in-law suite), with a large upstairs screen porch overlooking the beautiful private back yard. Features an open room between the kitchen and living room with a breakfast bar.

Beach Access is just outside the back gate.

Guests of this home enjoy a pool pass to the Holiday Inn.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. NO PETS.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

No need for a vacation after this vacation.

2nd floor fully screened in porch was a lovely gathering spot even without a view of the Ocean. Everyone ended up with a comfortable place to call home for a week.

House was fantastic and no surprises. Easy check-in and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Upstairs back porch was wonderful! Backyard was perfect and deer came around visiting!

Lovely home

There is plenty of space in this large home to spread out. Nice sized bedrooms. 5 bathrooms!! Extremely short walk to the beach!!! The fifth bedroom and bath are in a cute garage apartment space. Great location!!

Great house for friends!

The state of GA had a Rotary Convention on Jekyll island. I was concerned about having enough hotel rooms so I looked for a large house and found this one. It was perfect! Five couples stayed here, and had a great “home base” for the four day conference. The house it easy for us to “build goodwill a better friendships”, a staple in the life of a Rotarian.We finished a 1000 piece puzzle, played bocce ball on the beach, ate a lot of great food, and the house facilitated a easy going great time together!

Great place on the beach on Jekyll close to everything.

Great, sparkling clean place perfect for a large group. All the groomsmen and wives/significant others stayed here for my wedding weekend and it worked out perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms to get ready. Short walk to the beach (over the rocks). Be sure to read your contract thoroughly as the towels/sheets are not included, and they don’t really communicate via VRBO or email (other than contract) as to how to get the keys/drop off the keys, etc. overall, great stay, and everyone enjoyed their time here. Thanks!

Spacious and Cozy Island Setting

Great home for a large group. Each room had its own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Place is a little dated but nicely decorated. Beautiful surroundings.

In need of a good cleaning!

Loved the house! However, the half eaten cookie and shoes under the edge of the sofa, hair in the bathtub, that were left by previous renters were the only negatives. With a deep cleaning this home is perfect for a family vacation!
