Overall Great aside from elevators

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Tidewater. Absolutely no complaints other than the elevators. Waiting 20-40 minutes sometimes on one to stop that wasnt full is something we experienced all week.

Resort was very nice, clean, friendly staff! Room was very spacious, the view was fantastic overlooking the beach!! Room could use some fixes and a deep cleaning. Would recommend renting it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One cart per room when loading and unloading sux. Definite bottle neck on elevator availability during peak transitions. Everything besides the rooms cleanliness and some old bedding... everything else was very good. They need to look into who cleans the unit... I found short dog hair on my velvet heating pad over... sealy pillows need throwing away. I recommend the facility but not this room until changes are made. Master bedroom and bathroom, appliances and dining room size is the asset for this unit. Appliances are modern and nice.

The condo has a great layout, and could be super nice. The issue is the furniture is very worn and dirty. They did a poor job cleaning and the internet was spotty and would go off frequently. The master bathroom fan did not work and one of the double sinks was broken and turned off. All the filters needed changed and the ceiling fans were caked with dust. I did not contact the owner. I feel like the place should be cleaned and ready when you arrive and I don’t want people coming in and out during my vacation!

The condo was clean. The kitchen was great. The Beach view was great and the Tidewater employees were great. Emerald Coast pcb did a great job setting up our stay and getting the necessary info to us.

Great place to stay

Overall property was great the floors in the condo were dirty though but other than that everything else was clean and as pictured.

Great Location, ocean views!

Came in for a wk to get away from everyday stuff. Condo was great for our needs. Bonus motorcycle rally and air show so it was truly great.

Beautiful and spacious

We absolutely loved staying here! It was me, my husband and our 5 kids ages 11 down to 6 months and there was plenty of room for us. Pools were great and the chairs that come with the room came in handy for sure. Will definitely stay again!

Spring Break Family Trip

We absolutely loved the location and beautiful view of the Gulf! The condo was very spacious and decorated with an island vibe. We were thankful for the extra beach chairs in the closet as well!

Great Location

Had an amazing time at Tidewater, the beach was beautiful and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Elevators were slow during the busy days but in all a great stay!

From check in to departure it was a great stay

It was just my husband and I, and it was a very spacious unit, very clean, comfortable beds. Would love to bring grandbabies with next time because there was so much room and the view was terrific from every angle.
