Great trip. Location is at the back of the complex, so very quiet, but you just go around the corner to be on the beach. Pool and hot tub are right beside the building.

My husband and I came from Mississippi for our 25th wedding anniversary. The condo was very clean and a perfect location. One of the pools and hot tub were right behind the condo. The property was clean and well maintained. We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend this condo.

It is not property front ocean side view . Misleading . We were so disappointed in that aspect . It’s the building behind the ocean side view . Back here in Iowa there’s a front side & a backside so when we saw ocean front we thought that was the front , and then the parking lot the back . Everything else was nice . Clean property ! Nice pool . Really like that it had a washer & dryer . Just change the description to let people know it’s not ocean side view !

For future guests reading this: our listing clearly discloses the unit's location — it faces the back of the condominium complex, not the beachfront — in both the listing description and the listing photos. This information was available before booking, and we shared it with the guest before and during the stay. We take pride in making sure our listing matches reality, and we encourage every guest to review the full description and photos before booking.

Super convenient location with very attentive property owners

This condo was on the ground floor and super convenient to access the pool on site, the beach across the road, and the many restaurants down the Seawall. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year.
