Wave Therapy | Breathtaking View of Gulf and Pool!

Dawn 935 - Wave Therapy is the perfect island escape, located directly on Seawall and complete with two community pools and a hot tub. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo, open-concept floor plan, ceramic tile floors and granite countertops throughout, plus in-unit laundry and private third-floor poolside balcony with Seawall and Gulf views.

The kitchen includes a matching stainless steel oven, side-by-side frig/freezer, oven with stovetop, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee pot (standard 12-cup drip), and toaster, and the living area has a 48" television, WIFI for your convenience, and a full sleeper sofa.

The bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 32'' tv, a large walk-in closet, and direct second entrance to the bathroom for convenience.

THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.

NOTES Parking is paid to The Dawn upon arrival.

All guests must pay parking fee per vehicle. 1-3 days parking rate is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30) making it a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is $45.88 plus tax (4.12) making it a flat rate $50.00

Pool bands must be picked up from the front office at The Dawn

Very clean! All was great except the dishwasher wasn’t working, but not the end of the world. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great family stay

The condo was clean, pool and hot tub were nice and easily accessible. Access to the beach was cinvenient and the balcony view was pretty. Would book again in the future!

We had a great stay!

The property and the view from the balcony was fantastic! The property pictures (online) were accurate (it was really great) and the pools, hot tub, and the view of the gulf were really good.

We had a wonderful visit! We decided to spend our honeymoon in Galveston and we picked the perfect place! It’s a central location on Seawall Blvd right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and things to do!

The perfect beach vacation

From the moment we opened the door, we knew we were in the perfect place. The charm of this condo was beyond our expectations. The view from the balcony was amazing. In fact we chose to eat most of our meals there. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed!

Mostly good

Condo was nice and clean. It was easy to access both by car and on foot. We did, however, have to submit 3 separate work orders to fix some electrical devices (bedroom tv, microwave and den ceiling fan) working. To be fair, an electrical storm had hit a day or two before our arrival. Their readiness checklist should include that everything is in working order.

Quick Weekend in Galveston

Our family stayed at Dawn 935 on July 20, 2019. Condo is well stocked and very clean. Good layout and perfect for small families. The balcony really sells it! Awesome beach and pool views make the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Galveston. We would definitely book again.

Lovely Place

The unit was very nice and roomy. It had a large kitchen and there was a washer and dryer. The third floor property gave us a great view of ocean sunrises from our balcony. We were just across the boulevard from the beach The bathroom was updated and there was a large walk-in closet. Would stay again!

Lovely unit

This is a very nice condo. Beautifully furnished. Has a well equipped kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor so you have to walk steps but this was fine with us. Very nice pool areas but the pools aren't heated. We will certainly stay here again.

Highly recommend.

Beautiful place and was very clean. However, it’s in the 3rd floor and it was terrible bringing all our luggage up but we managed. My grandparents on the other hand were in pain walking up and down those steps several times a day to go enjoy the outings. Other then that we enjoyed it and it was a beautiful place to stay and nice parking.

The property was great! 3rd floor balcony view of the pool and ocean was a nice touch. Close to everything and within walking distance. The beach is right across the street perfect. The pool didn’t have many people. Plus there were two to choose from which was a plus. Only thing I could say is that the air vents need to be cleaned. The vents wereVisually dirty/moldy.

Location was excellent —very close to shopping, restaurants, and within easy reach of the beach.

We stayed at this VRBO for a short five-day trip to Galveston before heading out on a cruise. Overall, it was a great spot for a party of two. The room was comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the pool and a partial view of the ocean. The bed was cozy, though the pillows could have been better.One downside was that the main fridge was broken, so we didn’t have cold water or ice. A second fridge was provided as a replacement, which was helpful but took up space in the dining area, making it feel a bit cramped. Otherwise, I would have made it a full 5 stars. The location was excellent—very close to shopping, restaurants, and within easy reach of the beach. Despite the minor inconvenience with the fridge, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Nice condo in a great location

My daughter and I just returned home from 6 days at this condo. Condo fit our needs, location was great, pools were nice. My only real complaints are that there wasn’t towels for for the beach or pool. We flew into town so we had to purchase them at Walmart which just happens to be really close by. The other complaint is the regular fridge in the condo continued to beep all day and night. I assumed it wasn’t working properly because they added a second smaller fridge in the condo which worked well for us. It was a good condo in a great location with views of the sunrise which you should definitely check out!

Can't Beat It!

We absolutely loved this property. It was such a great value for the price. The condo was nicely decorated, and the location was spot on! The absolute best. The grounds and the condo were clean and well maintained. We loved our beach view from the patio, and an extra bonus was the beautiful view of the fabulous pool. The area was quiet, and we felt like we were in a gulf paradise get away. Perhaps it could be a little more noisy in the busy summer months. I don' know; however, this September weekend could not be beat! We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and we would highly recommend it to others.
