This is a very nice condo. Beautifully furnished. Has a well equipped kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor so you have to walk steps but this was fine with us. Very nice pool areas but the pools aren't heated. We will certainly stay here again.

Lovely Place

The unit was very nice and roomy. It had a large kitchen and there was a washer and dryer. The third floor property gave us a great view of ocean sunrises from our balcony. We were just across the boulevard from the beach The bathroom was updated and there was a large walk-in closet. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay.

The property was great! 3rd floor balcony view of the pool and ocean was a nice touch. Close to everything and within walking distance. The beach is right across the street perfect. The pool didn’t have many people. Plus there were two to choose from which was a plus. Only thing I could say is that the air vents need to be cleaned. The vents wereVisually dirty/moldy.

Mostly good

Condo was nice and clean. It was easy to access both by car and on foot. We did, however, have to submit 3 separate work orders to fix some electrical devices (bedroom tv, microwave and den ceiling fan) working. To be fair, an electrical storm had hit a day or two before our arrival. Their readiness checklist should include that everything is in working order.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The issues you encountered with the electrical devices are regrettable, and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We will review our pre-arrival checklist to ensure all systems are thoroughly inspected and functioning properly, especially after severe weather events. Your comments will help us improve our service and ensure a more seamless stay for our guests. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the condo, and we look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Can't Beat It!

We absolutely loved this property. It was such a great value for the price. The condo was nicely decorated, and the location was spot on! The absolute best. The grounds and the condo were clean and well maintained. We loved our beach view from the patio, and an extra bonus was the beautiful view of the fabulous pool. The area was quiet, and we felt like we were in a gulf paradise get away. Perhaps it could be a little more noisy in the busy summer months. I don' know; however, this September weekend could not be beat! We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and we would highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had the basic supplies we needed. If you plan to wash clothes, bring laundry soap. The balcony view was nice, overlooking the pool, and we could also see the ocean. There are two pools, one heated and one not. We used the pool near our unit, and it was clean and well kept. We saw staff cleaning early in the morning. The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. and they do enforce it. Later pool hours in the summer would be nice. They also check for wristbands, so keep yours with you.The location was great. You can cross the road and walk straight to the beach. There are outdoor shower stations at each pool to rinse off sand. This part of the seawall felt a little better because it was still close to everything but farther from the busiest areas. Walmart is right next door, which was very convenient. There is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor, you will carry everything upstairs. If stairs are difficult for you, book a bottom-floor unit. Parking is not assigned, so you may park a little ways from your unit. There is also a resort fee for parking and amenities due to the resort. We stayed 4 nights, and it was 50 for one vehicle. The couch was not the most comfortable, but the king bed was comfortable. Communication through the app was not the best and may take a couple of days. Our door code did not work when we arrived, but I called, and they reset it over the phone so we could get in.

We’re glad you found the condo clean, comfortable, and well located, and that you enjoyed the pools and balcony view. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the pool hours and will look into this. We also regret the issues with the stairs/parking, the couch comfort, and the door code and communication delays, and will review each of these areas. Your comments are very helpful, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them.
