This was a comfortable, clean place to stay. It's close to the SUU campus (not close enough to walk) and easy to find. We enjoyed playing some of the board games provided. I would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect little place for our needs. It was easy to find, easy to access, and close to our kids/grandkids we were visiting. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Host was easy to communicate with. Really, our only minor complaints: the kitchen light was rather dim, and the voices and light around the door at the end of the hall coming from tenants on the other side felt like our/their privacy was compromised. We would definitely stay here again though!

The property is a hidden gem. The lodging was exceptionally clean, well organized and very thoughtfully appointed. All the amenities that guests might use or need were provided. There is ample off street parking for at least two cars and the neighborhoodis very welcoming. The rental price for this unique lodging is very fair. The location is a short drive or easy walk to the University, Shakespeare Festival and downtown Cedar City. Jennifer and Ethan, our hosts, were friendly, congenial and professional. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future and highly recommend these beautiful accommodations to all interested travelers and potential guests!
