Pool(seasonal) hot tub(year round)clubhouse and workout room just steps from the front door. Close to sports venues, restaurants, night life, and city parks. 2 car garage available for parking. Within an hour of Brian Head Ski Resort. Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks and Cedar Breaks nearby and tons of hiking and biking trails within walking distance. Sense of community abounds in Southern Utah. Theater, sporting events, outdoor markets and National and State Parks are all with in your reach for a well rounded vacation.

Passing through

We were passing through to Cali, for spring break. Only stayed overnight, but was perfect for our group. Beds were very comfortable!!

The home was very spacious and had a lot to offer. Communication was a 10/10 during our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Definitely worth staying here if you have a group in Cedar City

Bristlecone Condo

We stayed for two nights with family and enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the kitchen size provided plenty of room for food prep and dining together. We did have to stick our oldest grandchild on the coach and had hoped/thought it would be a fold out coach so it was a tight fit for him but we made it work. Loved having two and a half baths. Figured out we should only enter thru garage as front door code did not work. Lovely place place and pleased with our stay.

Very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings. We will be staying here again when we come to visit our daughter at SUU!!

Great location beautiful place!!

We stayed for 2 nights, the pool was great open until 10 pm. The place is huge, clean, and definitely everything we could ask for and more! Thank you!

Cedar in July

Loved the club house and hot tub! Condo very clean and excellent AC! Close to every thing we needed! We would totally stay here again! Also the host was very responsive amd helpful.

Bigger than expected

This property is quite roomy for a townhouse. The living area is spacious with plenty of space to eat. A few things could be improved: larger garbage can in kitchen (the current one is tiny), access to paper towels would be nice...not necessary. The bed in master bedroom could use a mattress topper. Overall a nice place in Cedar City.

Great, but a little untidy.

Overall, this was a great place. My 11-year-old especially liked the hidden mushroom bedroom under the stairs. there was quite a bit of debris under the couches and around the house which made it feel like it was adequately cleaned, but it was a great place for our family and we loved the location and the access to the pool.
