Beach stay

Great place, pool is next door, deer lake beach resort is close and not crowded and beautiful.Everything was great and the place is well stocked , it’s a wonderful place and lots of things to do around the area!!

Fabulous!

House was in a great location on 30A, across the street from The Hub. It was beautifully appointed and everything we needed was provided. Our teen granddaughters had a fun stay utilizing the pool, the bikes, and the golf cart. The owner, James, was very responsive to our questions both during and prior to our stay. The only caution I could provide is if you are traveling with children, access to the beach is an adventure as there is no parking the golf cart close to the public beach access. For us it was not an issue as we like to ride bikes and made trips with beach supplies on the golf cart, unloaded, then road the bikes back!

PERFECT

The unit was just as advertised, beautifully appointed right across from a spacious pool. The decor and furnishings were up to date and the place was super clean when we arrived. The development is centrally located within minutes to all the best 30A has to offer. Randell is a great host. He reached out to check on us, a day into the trip. We loved being able to pack up and get to the beach in the golf cart. Having beach supplies such as tents, chairs, and a cooler was just the finishing touch to make us stay again. Highlrecommend recommended. stayinhere!

Great location!

Loved our location. Clean & well stocked condo. About 40 yards to from the pool + golf cart was very handy for travel to the beach, which is about 2 miles in either direction. There is a park beach available half a mile away for $3 cart fee but it’s a bit of a walk over the sand dunes, which isn’t as convenient with kids. However, we went to both Sunnyside and Seagrove beaches and it was great. This was our 6th trip to 30A and definitely one of our favorite spots being right across the street from the Big Chill. Very accommodating hosts, thank you. Highly recommend!

Just as described- we loved it!

Fantastic property that was well stocked with amenities to make our trip easier. Communicative and kind owners. And being right next to the pool is hard to beat. Would certainly choose to stay here again.

Overall Great Time!

We appreciated the host being very responsive upon arrival. The condo was fantastic! It was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. The master bathroom had a large walk-in shower with plenty of counter space. The golf cart came in very handy. Overall a great time.

Beautiful place. Fun area

Overall we had a great stay. We had a hiccup at check in with cleaning people not having place ready on time but Randall called me, apologized and took care of the inconvenience. Right next to the pool which was great for the kids. Big chill is right across street for easy golf cart ride to get coffee in morning or ice cream or lunch. Publix within 10 minutes for groceries. Plenty of restaurants, coffe shops, donut shops, ice cream shops near by. If you like seafood markets a few close by that are good such as Buddys. Inside of place was beautiful and well taken care of. We had no issues at all once we got settled in after the check in delay. Deer State park for beach access is golf cart ride away but if your like us and overpack then you can still take your vehicle there for $3/day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you don’t mind being off the beach but close to a nice pool. It is a really nice neighborhood and everyone was friendly.

A beautiful property close to the best beach in the neighborhood!

My husband and I usually go to Maui but decided to give Florida beaches a shot. We were not disappointed in any part of our trip! James responded quickly to anything we needed throughout our trip. This condo is absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend it!

Week at prominence / 30a

One of the nicest Vrbo rentals we’ve stayed at, owner was very responsive and provided lots of suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed the bicycles and took several long rides along 30a. State park is just half a mile away, and prominence offers dining and shops across the street. It was our first time to 30a and would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our Expectations!

When we arrived, our girls’ jaws dropped because they felt so lucky to stay in this beautiful condo. The place was immaculate, the decor is tasteful, and the location was fantastic. We felt like we were in the middle of everything on 30A. Having the bikes and golf cart on-site was very helpful. When we arrived a bit early, we couldn’t get the code to work so we messaged the site owner/manager. He immediately called and gave us info that let us in. He checked back in after the first day which was nice. Having Big Chill across the street was perfect for our group to spend time. Our teens loved this place, especially the shopping. I don’t think we could come up with a complaint if we tried. We had the best time and the best stay! Thank you!

Mom/daughter vacay

The townhouse was exactly as posted. It was clean and beautiful. Conviently across from pool, near the Big Chill. Just a short bike, golf cart or drive to restaurants and shopping. We loved it and highly recommend. We will definitely book again!

Cannot Recommend

I depend heavily on the reviews of past renters when making a decision where to stay, and in good faith, I cannot recommend this property. I understand things happen, but we were without wi-fi for 4 days. The fourth day, we spent the entire morning with the Media Com guy who said the Wi-Fi had been disconnected due to nonpayment. Property owner says he paid this, but he didn’t offer to compensate us for our inconvenience and lack of necessary amenity. The security code for the door was never changed to be more secure while we were there. It wasn’t changed from the last tenants, so, we also felt unsafe. Condo has several maintenance issues. A doorknob is ripped out of the bedroom door. The iron doesn’t work. The fridge’s ice machine had to be fixed when we got there. The toilet in the main bathroom roars and gurgles when it flushes. The balcony furniture is dirty and torn; because of the condition of the balcony we were not comfortable sitting out there. Half of the shades are inoperable. The golf cart had been wrecked per the owner and it drives like it. The property complex reminds me of college housing, so if your vibe is more luxury/relaxed this is not going to be a good fit. Would be ideal for spring breakers or family with kids and pets. The beach and weather was great as always. I hope you will find this review helpful as you search, I tried to include everything I would want to know when making a good decision for my family.

Coastal Bliss

Our family had a relaxing stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and just as pictured. The golf cart makes it easy to get around and much easier to park at restaurants/shops. The cart needs a little attention due to not holding charge very long. The kitchen is more than stocked with everything you need. The pool area is directly across the street which was a plus. Thanks for a wonderful trip to 30A!

Excellent stay!

The property was just as it's described online. The host was extremly responsive and helped us with several recommendations during our stay. We ended up at this property due to a last minute cancelation from our initial reservation and I'm so happy we did. I hope to stay in this property on my next visit!

Fabulous stay at Sea-esta!

The condo was spotless and well appointed. Even with a lot of families staying in the area, it was very quiet in our unit. The pool was fun and we appreciated having the golf cart for beach access. Having the Hub across the street was a bonus for a quick lunch, shopping and some entertainment after dinner. Very pleased with our stay!

Great getaway

Great property and location to everything you need! Owner was responsive and the unit had everything we needed for a week long getaway. 5 steps from the pool, across from the big chill, and close beach access!
