Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that your stay began under these circumstances. The condition you described is completely unacceptable and falls well below the standards we strive to provide for every guest. We sincerely apologize for the delayed check-in, the cleanliness issues throughout the home, and especially for the alarming discovery of the package of gummies. We understand how concerning that must have been, particularly while traveling with young children. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and management teams so this can be thoroughly investigated and addressed. Situations like the ones you experienced are not representative of the level of care we expect from our team, and we are taking steps to help ensure they do not happen again. We appreciate your comments about the home's potential, and we regret that the condition of the property overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable stay. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, as they allow us to improve both our cleaning procedures and our inspection process. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.
