Je n'ai rien à redire sur la location à Aussonne et sur le charmant acceuil de la propriétaire.

Par contre, je suis très mécontent de la prestation de ABRITEL HOMEAWAYS. Cet organisme a été inexistant depuis le jour de la commande et ce, jusqu'à ce jour: à savoir: < Abritel n'a pas été contactable pendant toute l'opération. < J'ai pu avoir un contact téléphonique avec une vague plateforme, à l'autre bout du monde, qui ne comprenait pas grand chose et qui n'a rien pu faire. < Impossible d'avoir un contact par e-mail avec Abritel .Toutes les adresses sont en "noreply". Inadmissible au niveau du Service Clientèle. < Le paiement 2 (au jour d'arrivé) devait prélever le solde de la location et le dépôt de garantie. Ce qui était inacceptable. En définitif, je ne passerai plus jamais par Abritel, qui depuis qu'ils ont été repris par HomeAways ont des méthodes de gestion plus que douteuses. Dans l'espoir d'une vraie réponse, d'un vrai Responsable Commercial……. Salutations Jean Pierre NEULAT
