Casa TC Vallarta is your welcoming and spacious family-style villa snuggled in Puerto Vallarta. Located only 8 blocks from the beach, popular shopping at the Malecon & many of our local-favorite restaurants! Casa TC will provide you relaxation & memories to last a lifetime.

Your home away from home is located in the heart of the Mexican community. In the morning you'll hear the morning church bells, the light noises of the town beginning their day, and the drift of delicious baked goods from the local bakery down the block will surely awaken your morning appetite.

Our staff will prepare breakfast & lunch for each day of your stay with the option of swapping out one meal for dinner. Any requests are encouraged! The Guest is responsible for the cost of the food prepared and all groceries, plus tips to the house staff at the end of your stay.

Your villa is equipped with TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, family games, and numerous beach and pool toys.

Edith was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our group had all the food, drinks, activities and transportation we needed. Rossy and Juanna made delicious meals throughout and kept the house clean. The photos do not do the property justice. It’s more beautiful and much larger in person. Beds were really comfortable. Location was perfect and walkable to all the beaches and great food. Would highly recommended this property and staff to anyone reading this review.

The pictures don’t do justice to the property. It was lovely, spacious, clean. Lots of different spaces to enjoy. Loved that the pool was mostly shaded. We were 10, but could’ve easily fit more people. Food was great. Edith is awesome to deal with; very responsive and welcoming. We’d go back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was truly amazing, every meal was a highlight. We felt completely safe throughout our trip, and the house and pool were spotless and well-maintained.Our host spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, including arranging a beautiful yacht trip for us. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the whole house cool and comfortable even in the heat.I can’t recommend this place highly enough, everything exceeded expectations, and I genuinely have zero complaints. We can’t wait to come back!

Great vacation home

My family and I stayed a week at this house, and it was amazing! Edith and the ladies did a fabulous job taking care of us and our meals. the rooms and pool house fit perfect for all the young adults. we felt safe and liked that we were close to everything in town.

Family Escape

We went down as a family (8 adults and 6 children under 7) and had a great trip. The communication leading up to the trip was great, Edith did an excellent job answering all of our questions and helping with coordination. The food was amazing, and all of our requests were accommodated. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful getaway at the villa!

The villa was perfect for our family. The kids could roam all night and play while safely secured within the property. The corner store across the street was perfect and the meals cooked by the staff kept us full. Quick uber ride to the beach, boardwalk, romantic zone, or marina. Super flexible staff was availble 24/7 for us without ever feeling imposed. Great geataway.

Beautiful Home Away from Home in PV!

We had an incredible time at David’s home. It was exactly as advertised. The little details make it feel like home. And the staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We celebrated my wife’s birthday there and they truly made it feel so special. We loved the neighborhood - just removed enough from the tourist zone to feel local but close enough to easily enjoy the beaches and stores. We couldn’t recommend this lovely home any more and can’t wait to return.

Annual Family Vacation

We usually go to resorts as a family but decided to try a house for the first time. We had 20 people with ages varying from 3-62 and can honestly say that we didn’t feel crowded. The rooms were spacious and varied enough for different family situations. We spent a lot of time around the pool and it was perfect. Only wish that we had asked them to turn up the heat a little bit earlier as the courtyard with the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun. They did an amazing job of keeping the house clean, doing laundry and meeting all of our needs. Edith, our organizer, was very responsive and arranged anything we needed from transportation to tours. Overall a good trip.

Great place to stay!

For starters Edith, Rosy, and Juana were amazing! They were super attentive to our needs and made our stay significantly more enjoyable! The home itself is massive, don’t be fooled by the 2-D pictures! I cannot stress enough how much space there was in the home! The home is located just a short and inexpensive 15 minute Uber ride from everywhere! The A/C’s located through out the home made it easy to cool off! Great space to host a family get together or friend reunion! The pool and entertainment area were a huge bonus and we were out there everyday!

Amazing group trip to PV!!

We had an amazing stay at Casa TC! The house itself is luxurious, spacious, and very clean. Edith and the house staff were amazing as well. Edith was responsive and took care of everything we needed immediately. She grocery-shopped for us and hit every item on our list. The food prepared by the chef was amazing. It was a 5-star service experience while also being affordable. The location of the house is a 10-15 walk from the beach and a quick Uber to Zona Romantica. We will absolutely recommend it to everyone we know and will return.

Wonderful family vacay

Our family had a fantastic one week vacation at TC Vallarta. Starting from a couple weeks before arrival Edith was already helping us set up by booking reservations and transportation. Her responsiveness was superb and refreshing. We had a large group of 19 with kids of varying ages, and the property was able to easily accommodate our entire family. The house layout is very thoughtful and is clear it was setup for comfort. Each room is very large and has its own nice bathroom. The furnishings are very nice and the house was extremely clean. Rossy and Juana made us feel right at home and every day our meals were delicious and varied and accommodating to our palates. They are lovely ladies and provided a sense of warmth and welcome.

Amazing get away from the 'real-world'

My 14-person family came together in P.V. at the King's amazing villa. I've never had such luxurious treatment in Mexico before. The staff was top-notch! Friendly, responsive, and on-point! The accommodations were five-star! Walk-in showers, comfortable mattresses, A/C in each room, TVs everywhere, a well-maintained pool, fridges and bathrooms in the outdoor common areas (stocked with cold drinks by the staff!) Ample Parking outside, a quiet neighborhood, and great restaurants practically around the corner. Try the new spot a block away, Aguachiles Charlie, for fresh seafood and great vibes. The Langosta Feliz was also a blast for a bigger group to eat together with live musicians serenading us all night! We can't wait to come back!

Pampered in Puerto Vallarta!

David's home was gorgeous, luxurious and very well maintained. From the infinity pool to the rooftop deck, you can't ask for much for. All but four of the master rooms had their own seating areas with two couches, and all the rooms has large en-suite bathrooms (along with two common restrooms in the pool area and primary living room)! The topper was the staff - from the pre-check in communication to the concierge service provided by Edith to the amazing meals, drinks & cleaning service (they even had laundry service!), it really was an amazing experience. Due to the pre-check in process, we had food & beverages ready when we arrived (it's critical to be able to have a margarita or Paloma as soon as you arrive!). Edith is a miracle worker and found us discounts on our tours, big vans to move our sizeable group around and more! I couldn't recommend this house more!

Fabulous house for togetherness, but with your own space!

Casa TC Vallarta is such a special place!!! There was so much room for the 17 of us (3 generations from 3 - 72 years old) to be together playing, relaxing, doing activities, but when we needed alone time, we could escape to our huge, beautifully decorated rooms and relax a little more. We only went out twice, once to the beach, once shopping on the Malecon. The rest of the time we spent at the pool, playing pool volleyball, having ping pong tournaments, practicing and participating in our talent show, playing cards, etc., etc. We also spent a lot of time eating Blanca’s (with help from Edith and Rosy) delicious food!!! The 3 of them worked so hard to keep us happy and were always so sweet and helpful!! Edith could make anything and everything that we needed happen, and Blanca and Rosy kept everything so clean and our tummies happy!!! We’re still having withdrawal pains from being so spoiled! Casa TC Vallarta is the perfect vacation home for a family reunion! We all hope to return soon!!!

Over and beyond expectations!

Booked last minute for a party of 12 and the stay was amazing before we even arrived. Edith communicated with me almost daily to prearrange meals, transportation, COVID testing, and even a special order birthday cake. The accommodations were beautiful, from the entry and throughout every room. The pool was great for each family member, with a section for our toddler and ample floaties to relax. We have freshly prepared meals daily including the pico De gallo, guacamole, juices, chile relleno, taquitos, etc. Blanca and Rosie even made special requests that they never heard of like surf n turf burritos and carne asada fries...fresh! The most amazing was celebrating my 50th birthday with a cake decorated exactly like a Google picture, a Mixologist, and a special serenade. The location is in the heart of the community for an authentic Mexico experience while accessible to tourist sites if that is needed. We loved the villa so much we canceled all excursions to enjoy the amenities including lounging on the rooftop, karaoke in the family room, and games in the pool lounge. My family and I were cared for with the finest attention to detail and will be forever grateful!

Why they chose this property

First class and sits in the community of Puerto Vallarta. Just plain nice people. We built this home to fit a large active family with lots of grandkids. Thus 5 master bed room suites and 2 unbelievable kids bunk house suites. And all the internal toys they needed when we stayed at other villas over the years in Puerto Vallarta. 5 Families fit great with lots of privacy. Bathrooms and Beds and pillows and showers and hot pool water and common areas fit the quality and expectations we did not find in other villas. And we wanted our family to be a part of the real Mexican community.

What makes this property unique

A lot. Best ones are the eating areas for lots of people. Stunning. And the pool. Heated and fun. And the decks.....3 of them for groups of 15-50 on each deck at one time. And the beautiful bed rooms. And the décor. Fun and pretty. Small local corner store 50 feet from front door.
