This house offers the perfect blend of contemporary style with retreat mode in this quiet Racquet Club area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs - nearby shopping, restaurants, nightlife, hotels, casino, spas, hiking and Tram. And only about 30 minutes from the Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals!

Upon arrival, you will be given a tour by a concierge. You will be able to contact the concierge during your stay should you have any questions or concerns.

The house is equipped with Direct TV, which includes ), HBO and Cinemax.



The chic living room has a 42 inch Flat Panel TV, DVD player and stereo, There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom, and a 20 inch TV in the first bedroom.

All bedrooms have Memory Foam beds. The master has a king sized bed, the 2 other rooms have queen sized beds. Linen and blankets provided.

We provide a handmade soap with ‘skin soothing' Olive Oil. Not your typical hotel soap.

The stylish eat-in kitchen has everything you need, such as pots, pans, coffee grinder, cappuccino machine, place mats, cloth napkins, silverware.....even a stocked spice rack! Shoot, if you want to make muffins...we've got the tins!

Washer and Dryer, and we provide the laundry soap, dryer sheets and bleach!

There is a glass rock gas fire place in the living room. Not needed often, but cool.

Free Wireless Internet!

The grassy backyard is very private and secure. And large enough for any sized pet!

Island gas BBQ grill with a burner.

An alluring Salt Water pool with arching jets of water. The pool is 16X37, great for doing laps or just basking in the sun on the floats. Pool heat $49.00 per day

Large Jacuzzi big enough for 8 people. We also provide spa robes and beach towels...enough for everyone!

Lounge chairs, tables, and an outdoor dining table for 6.

Outdoor gas fire-pit for the winter months...or Smores lovers.

4 mountain bikes for hitting the trails or just cruising the Strip.

There is a 2 car garage and driveway, and plenty of street parking.

Great Palm Springs getaway

We did a Thanksgiving holiday and what a joy the house was! Great kitchen and comfy beds. The fireplace and firepit were great in the evenings. The pool and hottub were fantastic! The dog loved the bountiful yard. Recommend!

Classic MCM in great location

This house has great amenities - the backyard with huge private swimming pool and views of the sunrise are particularly nice. Big open plan living, kitchen and dining are also highlights. Everything you need to prepare meals is provided in the kitchen. Airport is only 10 minutes away.

Relaxation Defined

We had a fantastic stay. The property feels very comfortable and inviting. Everything you could need is available, from glassware, to kitchen spices, to gadgets, and pool floats. The beds are super comfortable with high quality bedding. The pool and jacuzzi are heated to the perfect temperature and had us relaxed from day 1. I would definitely stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful yard and great owner

Tom went out of his way to provide a portable crib for our youngest. The house was great for 3 generations and guests for dinner. Teri the property manager was very attentive to an issue that came up during our stay. Good experience in Palm Springs!

Mother's Day Weekend

My family and I had a great time here. The home was very clean. The pool was clean and a good size. The backyard was large. The jaguzzi was hot. There was shade and sun in the backyard. The beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Tom, the owner, was a very friendly person to deal with. We also liked how it was dog friendly.

Perfect Palm Springs vaction

Our stay at this vacation house was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the comfort of the home. The house itself is beautifully designed, modern amenities, and stunning views from every window. The living areas are cozy and fun, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. The outdoor space is a true highlight—whether we were lounging by the pool, or the jacuzzi in the evening, it felt like our own private oasis. The location is also fantastic, offering both seclusion and easy access to downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the level of care from the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

This is our fourth year staying at this property - and it gets better each time. Many thanks to the property owner for the bathroom and kitchen updates - sinks, and hot water supply, greatly improved from last year. Teri - property manager - is available when needed and helpful. One piece of advice - if you are visiting with dogs - and that's to get Teri to confirm more precisely when the gardener is scheduled to make his weekly visit. We forgot it was on a specific day, and hadn't secured the dogs inside the house or done the daily poop pickup which made it difficult for the guy to do his regular work. For non-doggie owners it also helpful in case you're enjoying the pool or hot tub and need to vacate the garden in a hurry. Far better to be out and about and come back to a perfect property.

Pool, Hot Tub, Backyard and a Great House!

When I was looking for a rental I wanted all the bells and whistles of a pool, hot tub, backyard space, dog friendly, etc. This house did not disappoint! The backyard pictures actually don't do it justice because the bar you can see has a grill and the pergola is really nice. There is a ton of seating by the pool, under the covered patio and at the bar and it's everything you need for a great vacation. The beds were comfortable, the wifi worked great, the neighborhood didn't have any traffic and is close to Starbucks, grocery store, etc. One thing that some renters might not like is the property might not be the most updated and high end, meaning the kitchen is nice but might not be someone's taste. When I look at rentals that were maybe closer to downtown and/or had a higher end kitchen, the cost difference was significant and I'm glad I didn't pay more for something that visually might be 'newer' but is not actually better. The check-in was fast, easy, I slept great and the other guests were also happy. I'd rent this place again!

Birthday / Girls Weekend

Upon arrival, the property was exactly as pictured, it was very clean, and as the pool is salt water, it was DIVINE and the grill was easy breezy. To add to the pleasure of a seamless stay, I brought my 10 lb pooch who loved the grass and the openness of the yard. Lastly, I stayed one night by myself and felt completely safe.

Would definitely stay again

Spent a week on this great property with my family. Massive private backyard with a lot of grass which is rare for Palm Springs. Shade where you need it. Great pool with cool water feature. Pool mattresses are provided. There's a hot tub but we didn't use it. It's relatively close to the flight path of the nearby airport but the jets coming and going weren't too loud, meaning even when there was a passing jet you could still hear someone on the phone while sitting in the backyard. AC works effectively throughout the house and there is no direct sunlight on windows which helps. House was older but kept clean and very presentable. All modern appliances. Detached garage allows you to pull in your vehicle so you don't have to jump into a blazing hot car that had been sitting out in the sun all day. Pool guy and gardeners were like ninjas and came early in the morning. Great neighborhood. It was quiet and relatively close to grocery stores, Rite Aid, restaurants, etc. Property Manager was super helpful and communicative...even checked with the power company for us when the power went out for a time. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Would love to stay there again with my family.

Fantastic, Private and Classy Rental

We spent a week at Mid-Century Today and absolutely loved everything about it. Quiet, private neighborhood close to everything—restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The home itself was very well maintained, outstanding in every aspect both inside and out - beautiful landscaping, quality, comfortable furniture throughout (especially the beds), beautifully and tastefully decorated with original art. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need - real china and crystal, pots and pans and all of the modern appliances you’d expect. Then there’s the gigantic swimming pool - your own private oasis. We elected to have it heated which made for extremely comfortable swimming any time of the day or night. There’s a super efficient (and huge!) gas grill housed under a pergola that’s surrounded by bar chairs which makes for a fun gathering place. There is also a hot tub which we surprisingly didn’t use. Checking in and out was very quick and efficient. If you’re seeking a relaxing, private and classy getaway, I’d highly recommend this property. We will definitely return! Tom and Teri were both great communicators, and were available any time we might have needed them. Worth every penny, you won’t be disappointed!

A fantastic vacation home. Has everything you want and then some. Exactly as advertised in pictures. Spacious home with very well equipped kitchen and stunning yard. Close to everything yet private in a quiet neighbourhood.

Great Palm Springs stay!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay at this house. I swam in the pool each of the 10 days we stayed and I wish I was in that pool right now. We only went out to restaurants a few times during our visit and the rest of the time we were set up perfectly to cook in the house. I loved how easy the gas grill was to use and it's situated perfectly to watch the sun set over the mountains in the evenings. I only had to ask one question during our stay and Teri responded almost immediately. Really appreciated the inclusion of the bikes with the rental as Palm Springs is a very bikeable town and the location is central. For travelers with dogs--the backyard is very spacious with a lot of soft grass to play in and plenty of shade throughout the day. We also loved the quick walk to Victoria Park which is quite lovely and well-kept and not nearly as busy as the Ruth Hardy Park. Thanks for the great stay!

Mid Century gem!

We loved the house and especially the backyard. Having a private yard with a pool, hot tub, fire pit & bbq was wonderful! The home is located just a quick drive to downtown PS. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, utensils, dishes, etc. The living area is comfortable with a cozy gas fireplace. We hope to return for a longer stay!

A Great Vacation Retreat

This was our first trip to Palm Springs and it was fantastic! The house was clean and very welcoming. The backyard provided lots of relaxation from swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, lounging on a chair next to the pool in the sun and warming up by the fire pit when the sun started to set. The open kitchen and family room allowed for preparation of meals while being with family and watching television. In the evenings we often sat by the fireplace and watched movies on TV. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. Easy access to the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry regularly. Our concierge made sure all of our needs were met and even brought us a treat on New Year's Eve. We truly felt pampered!! As our vacation was drawing to a close, we all felt sad that we would have to leave the house and return home. Thank you for such a wonderful home away from home! On our next trip to Palm Springs, we want to stay here!!

Another wonderful stay!

It's our third year in a row spending time here in December, and while it was a bit cooler and rainier than previous years, the house did not disappoint. Toasty fire, perfect pool and hot tub temps, brilliant pool floats. Teri the property manager was very responsive when we realised we were out of tabs for the washing machine and dishwasher. Just a reminder that the pool/lawn guy comes during the day, so check with Teri on what day that's likely to be if you don't want to be around when they need access to the garden. This is a dog-friendly property so it's also good to check when strangers will be in the space so you can avoid the pups freaking out when they see someone walk into the space.....All in all a lovely property and we are already planning to return again next December.
