Privat, ett sovrum, lÀgenhet vid havet. Stig utanför altandörren pÄ den berömda Seven Mile Beach-sanden! GÄngavstÄnd till Camana Bay, restauranger och alla bekvÀmligheter pÄ en sjö mil strand. Njut av din privata strand intill Royal Palms. GÀsterna har fri tillgÄng till poolen bredvid och endast de vuxna (18+) pÄ Royal Palms.

LÀgenheten Àr perfekt för en ung familj eller 4 vuxna och 2 smÄ barn (ett sovrum, bÀddsoffa och en dubbel luftmadrass) om du vill spendera hela dagen pÄ stranden. Att vara en liten enhet Àr sovarrangemang bra för 4 och tÀtt för 6 - men det gör det till en mycket mer kostnadseffektiv lÀgenhet med ett fantastiskt lÀge.
Mycket att göra inom gÄngavstÄnd. Royal Palms Àr den sociala hotspot för öarna, men vi Àr tillrÀckligt lÄngt borta för att upprÀtthÄlla integriteten. Seagull Condos erbjuder solstolar och solstolar och Royal Palms gör Ànnu mer (Observera att RP tar betalt för parasoller och hytter).
Camana Bay Àr en annan bra hangout - bara 5 minuters promenad bort. Massor av restauranger, massor av butiker. Biograf, glassbar etc. Perfekt för unga och unga i hjÀrtat och för dem som Àlskar att blÀddra och kyla natten bort.
Stormarknad (liten) i Camana Bay, plus mini-marts pÄ den lokala bensinstationen (bensin) kan ge dina livsmedel. Större stormarknader inom en mil med bil. Spritbutik tvÀrs över vÀgen sÄvÀl som olika andra smÄ gatuköpcentra med allt de har att erbjuda.
Mycket att göra pÄ ön sÀrskilt pÄ och i vattnet. Vi kan rekommendera snorkelplatser med tillgÄng till strand (korall och vrak), massage- / spa-tjÀnster, barer, restauranger och mer. Vi Àr till hands för att hjÀlpa dig att fÄ den bÀsta upplevelsen pÄ ön som vi kan.

2025 Grand Cayman Vacation

Our experience at Seagull condos on Seven mile beach was incredible. The close proximity of being in the water in seconds and the sounds of lapping waves speaks for itself. the location also provided many different options for dining along with Fosters hot bar. The people we met around the island and especially conversations with people on site will forever be cherished.

Wonderful condo steps from the beach

Great place for the price! You can’t beat the location was 20 steps from the water. Extremely quiet. Perfect view of seven mile beach from the back patio. Wonderful place close to local shops and walking distance to local grocery store.

Fantastic Stay!

I visit Seven Mile several times per year and keep gravitating to this area! I very much enjoyed this condo and would love to stay again!! Everything was perfect. Ground level and ON the beach was amazing! Check-in process was extremely fast. Thank You!!!

A nice slice of paradise!

A bright, clean unit, just steps from the beach, and centrally located along Seven Mile Beach, a couple blocks from a grocery store, and an easy drive to plenty of dining spots. Every sunset is a social event on the beach - BYOB! The local property manager, Yuri, was friendly and responsive. We let him know there was only one set of snorkeling fins, and he showed up a couple hours later with a brand new set! (Btw, snorkeling on the condo’s beach was “meh”, so we’re glad we booked a scuba dive with Eden Rock - that was quite impressive!)

Absolutely fabulous

When I booked this condo in September there were no reviews so I decided to go for it, after all someone has to be first(there are now a couple of reviews) I am so happy I did. It is in an awesome location on Seven Mile Beach. The condo is clean and stocked with everything you need. We did not rent a car. We took a taxi to and from the airport. We walked to a lot of places and when it was too far we took the public bus, which is $2.50 each way per person. There is a liquor right across the street, be ready to pay $50 for a case of beer! Danny answered all my questions and the condo manager was extremely helpful. I didn't want to pay to use my cell phone for calling (I stayed in airplane mode and only connected to wifi). I texted him and he arranged a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and a great location!

We loved this location right on a quiet part of the Seven Mile beach area.Amenities were excellent and catered to every need we had for kitchen wares, spacious apartment, very clean, etc.Owner communication was easy as was the access to the property.We didn't require a vehicle as we could walk to restaurants, shops, and major grocery store in Camana Bay just 10 minutes away.Highly recommend!

Lots of problems with the TV, shuts down and takes some time to turn back on. But, I wasn’t watching too much. The location is wonderful so I was outside a lot enjoying the sun and the ocean.

Beach Disappointment

First, Yuri was great! He was very responsive and accommodating! The apartment is comfy and well appointed. We experienced only two small aggravations: the shower has many wonderful jets and shower heads, but it took us all week to figure out how to get wam water. Also, it was great to have a safe but it malfunctioned twice. Most importantly, the beach there is dangerous! Due to erosion it’s littered with debris including chunks of concrete. We traveled by bus to a beautiful public beach, however.

We enjoyed our week long stay very much. The condo was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. The beach access was unbeatable since we were traveling with an infant. As other reviews have mentioned - some minor upgrades are needed. My family enjoyed our vacation very much and overall have no complaints. Check in and out was super easy and accommodating. Communication was extremely prompt as well. Thanks for hosting us and we would stay again!

The property was clean and maintained. Despite recent weather damage in the area, the beach was also clean and maintained. Check in and out was simple, without drama or unpleasant surprises.

Nice little condo, good location

The check in process was very easy as was communication with the property manager. The condo is in a great location, easy walking to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, nice, and comfortable for my husband and myself. Very nice that beach chairs were provided and were plentiful.

Great stay

The property is a great stay for two people. There is direct access to the beach and is on West Bay road with access up and down the Seven Mile Beach. There is access to multiple great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. If you are driving, there is better access to the supermarket that is a 10 minute walk. There is a warehouse store, Cost-U-Less, that is a 5 minute drive. The living space is comfortable and bright. There is snorkeling gear when we were there, beach towels and a small outside sitting area. Some minor improvements would make the property better for two and also a group of multiple visitors. Provide more dishes, utensils, etc for the kitchen. Other reviewers have suggested this and is easy to do. Install a small blind or a curtain over the window of the front door. The outside light is very bright for the safety of the property, but makes the hall very bright at night. A simple covering that can be retracted during the day would mitigate this issue. The neighbor uses cardboard, but a more pleasing alternative would be best. I would stay here again.

The perfect location

This condo is steps from the beach. No need to pack a large cooler even though they do provide one along with beach chairs and every essential you need to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. The condo is absolutely adorable. Highly recommend it.
