The communication was excellent, instructions were clear, condo was well kept and clean. Upon check in we noticed they had fruit, granola bars and juice for us to enjoy. I am a neat freak so i enjoyed the laundry area, cleaning supplies and extra blanket. The location was close walking distance to food, shopping and liquor store. The pool was very well kept and the ocean was just stunning. I even enjoyed my buddy the rooster even though his time clock is off a bit.

The host is very accommodating and responsive. The suite was clean and well appointed, including apples, bananas and granola bars there upon arrival. In the morning, having coffee on the beach, overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The beach is easily accessible. This is a great location to other amenities too. Highly recommend!
A rainbow appeared in the distance one morning, this picture doesn’t do the view justice, the ocean is spectacular.

Perfect place

Accurate description, great location 300 ft from the beach, upgraded interior, brand new kitchenware and grill, quality appliances, a lot of towels, even complimentary fruits (that was very kind, thanks !). We had friends renting another unit there, we could clearly see the difference as our one was better in every single aspect.The resort itself is tidy and cozy, the beach with fine sand, and not many rocks on the sea floor. The water was unbelievable - perfect temperature, and clear down to 6-8 ft. Some fish and sea life you can see with snorkel. Watersports rental 800 ft down the beach. Short walk to a few good restaurants and local shopping.Overall - great 4-day vacation, highly suggested !

Nice clean unit and property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was updated and clean. It was toward the very back of the property. The property was very well maintained and the pool was nice. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. My only complaint was the comfort of the bed. It seemed to be a bit worn out. I also tried sleeping on the pull out couch bed and it was terrible. Everything else was great. We have stayed at Cayman reef before and we returned so that speaks volumes.

Perfect Place

Our hosts were excellent with giving detailed information and checked in with us after we arrived to see if there was anything we needed. It was very nice inside,was on a beach, had a pool, and near to everywhere we went. We had a great time, thank you very much.

GC 7MB first time visit

Our stay was excellent! The property is close to restaurants, grocery/liquor stores, shopping, Camana Bay, Georgetown, etc. Many walkable.We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful! The condo is so nice, very neat, clean, nicely decorated, and the bed is so comfortable! The kitchen has anything you need to make all your meals if you want to. There is a washer/dryer too. The owners are super! Very helpful in providing tons of info about GC, which was so helpful. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay, and so friendly! They genuinely want you to have a wonderful time. We met others who have been coming here for years, and keep returning. It’s so beautiful here. We walked the beach every day. You can snorkel off the beach there too.This condo/property/location definitely checks all the boxes! People here are so friendly, and we felt very safe. We usually like to go to a new location for each of our beach vacations, but will definitely come back here in the future!

Excellent location

Place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Host very responsive. You can walk to grocery, liquor, restaurants and cabana bay. Steps from ocean. Pool neat and clean. We would return to Marc’s property!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marc's condo. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Marc was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

First time to Cayman

What a nice town with plenty of fine restaurants. The people are extremely friendly. Two things to remember. It’s an expensive trip if you eat out which we did. But the food choices are tremendous. Second thing is STAY TO THE LEFT!! Driving is a learning experience.

Exactly As Advertised

Stayed in May 2024. Property is exactly as described. Perfect for a couple with all the amenities you would expect and more! The grocery store is a short and safe walk away, the liquor store is across the street and some of the best restaurants on 7 mile are within walking distance. The only negative is the small beach which is clearly stated in the ad. Based on the tide and ocean conditions there may or may not be a beach. However there are beachfront loungers and umbrellas above the seawall that are very enjoyable. If you want to sit in the sand you can take the supplied umbrella and chairs 30 M (Yards) over from the resort and enjoy the public beach which was really nice and not effected by the tide.

Great Spot

Property was updated and in great shape. The grounds were very nice. The walk to the pool is about 30 seconds and a minute to the beach. Shopping and dining also all within walking distance. Very happy with location and property.

Great location

This is right across the walking path to Camana Bay, a beautiful shopping center full of restaurants and local shops. Not to mention, right on shaven mile beach. Definitely recommend!

Photos do not do this place justice. Nicely upgraded, wonderful amenities and close to everything. Pool and beach we wonderful. Just steps from the door. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

Comfortable, Quiet, and Close to Restaurants and Shops

The sunsets were amazing, the beach was very clean and nice for a swim. The seating was on the grass above the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The host, whose communication was excellent, kept us informed of the beach situation, which we appreciated. Great restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery stores, and we didn't need a rental car. We would stay here again!

We live in Canada and it can get cold. We take every opportunity we can to come visit the Cayman Islands. With three children, technically adults now, it has always and still is relaxing to know everyone will be safe. We started with one condo and soon found ourselves adding a few more. What started out as a hobby, has quickly become a small business and now lead to our full time jobs and as such we treat our units as a business and our guests as our best clients. With opportunities to purchase in different parts of the island, we keep coming back to this resort as it checks all the boxes. With over five hundred 5 star reviews, attention to detail is what best sums up our motto.
