Easy check-in. Unit was clean. The water was gorgeous. Loved having the access to just walk right out our back door to the water! Property manager was very nice. Backyard/beach area can feel a bit crowded when many of the people are out there. Would’ve been nice to have more kitchen utensils and cups/can holders for the beach.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. And the unit itself was clean, well appointed and with a walk out directly onto Seven Mile Beach what more could you ask for. I especially loved being within easy walking distance of many Seven Mile Beach amenities such as the Kimpton Resort.

The condo was just what we needed - full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of space for a couple on vacation for a few nights. The best part was the beautiful beach right out the back door, which was really quiet when we were there.

Great place for a quiet getaway

Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Views were great and you couldn’t ask for better beach access. Quiet community away from the overcrowded tourist area but close enough to enjoy the restaurants etc.

Delightful

Delightful accommodations for a beach getaway. Plenty of sun, gorgeous sandy shoreline, and shade when you need it. We liked the location — toward the quieter end of the beach — but also appreciated the big hotel just a short walk away. The condo was clean and well equipped. The cleaners were thorough; and Marji, the property manager, was the best. So helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the island.

Marji was so nice, very accommodating and made the arrival easy as can be. The view, beach and water is second to none and you feel like you are on a private island. The property is quiet, bus rides are easy to any location and a few minute walk on the beach to the Kimpton. 10/10 stay and would absolutely come back!!

Great place with amazing views!

My wife and I spent our anniversary here and we absolutely loved it! The beach is amazing and the location is perfect. Very quiet! Speaking with the property manager Marj was easy and she replied back very fast with any concerns we had. Highly recommend this property for your trip to Cayman!

Perfect rental on 7 mile beach

Can’t say enough about this condo. Fully stocked with everything you need on your trip. Great location on the quieter side of 7 miles beach. A peaceful place to just relax and enjoy the beach and water that is right out the door. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back

Perfect Place for us

It was everything we hoped for and more. Quiet. Perfectly located. Ability to snorkel from the beach. Very peaceful, relaxing and away from the more active Georgetown but not too far away to drive in for dinner. We are already planning a return visit.

As advertised! Photos are just what you will get. A beautiful beach steps from your door in a safe quiet area. Suggest having a car as there is parking but nice to be able to explore as well. Marji was very helpful and you will love this place!
