Fantástico bungalow con bañera de hidromasaje, terrazas, cerca de la ciudad y el río

Esta es mi casa. Todavía no hay comentarios, pero acabo de renovar toda la casa y tengo comentarios de 5 estrellas para mis propiedades en la playa, así que respondo muy bien y recibiré comentarios positivos después del inicio del alquiler. Es un gran bungalow remodelado con una hermosa cocina, terrazas grandes, bañera de hidromasaje, sala de televisión y mucho espacio para extenderse. También tengo 3 casas de playa que rento constantemente. Nuestra casa está ubicada a pasos de una tienda de comestibles gourmet, restaurantes y a una cuadra del parque River y Willamette. El centro de la ciudad está a un corto trayecto en bicicleta oa 3 millas en auto. Gran remo y piragüismo con alquileres disponibles cerca.

La casa en sí es un bungalow Craftsman remodelado de 2300 pies cuadrados hecho a la medida. Son 3 pisos con 3 dormitorios arriba y un dormitorio en el sótano a la luz del día. Hay una cubierta de 500 pies cuadrados con vista al patio trasero y las montañas circundantes en el piso principal, y una segunda cubierta a la bañera de hidromasaje que se abre al patio trasero.

Dentro de la casa encontrarás 3 baños completos. Tenemos una bañera con patas y baldosas de diseño e iluminación empotrada en todas partes. Algunas de las comodidades incluyen una cocina gourmet, comedor, patio delantero / cenador, una gran terraza con barbacoa, muebles de exterior y una vista del monte. Campana y Monte St. Helens Hay una bañera de hidromasaje para 4 personas y una chimenea. En la planta baja hay una sala de televisión con un televisor de 70 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD y sonido envolvente. Canoa disponible bajo petición. Hay algunas bicicletas que también podrían estar disponibles.

Algunas grandes actividades y tiendas están a poca distancia de esta casa. Estamos a una cuadra del río, restaurantes y Zupan's.

Nota: Hay una pequeña unidad de vivienda independiente de 200 pies cuadrados en el cuarto trasero de la propiedad en la que a veces me quedo cuando no viajo. Tiene su propia entrada y está protegida y cercada de la casa principal y no debería afectar su estadía. Si la puerta está cerrada, no tendrá acceso al pozo de fuego.

Hello - and thank you for allowing us into your beautiful home. We had an amazing time and would absolutely do it again. We were genuinely sad to leave, it almost felt like we could live in a place like this - confirmed by our teenager, which is saying a lot! The host/owner was more than happy to help whenever needed. Communication was minimal, but only because it wasn't necessary - everything was seamless. Minnesota loves Portland!

The house has a black fly infestation. They were a nuisance in the kitchen and actually swarming in the stairwell. Also, we had to wash many of the dishes before we could use them. The house does have vintage charm. If it was cleaned up, it could be very nice.

I’m here at the house following this reservation. Not sure what happened with these guests. There are no flies here. Perhaps some food got left out or something. If I would have known I would have checked into this but no other guests have reported anything and there aren’t any flies.

First, this house is even cuter than the images indicate. It’s tucked away in an older neighborhood where the homes and foliage give off story book vibes. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful too. Second, the owners made it easy to be comfortable and were quick to respond to inquiries. Everything was in good condition, the beds were comfortable (they are medium firm in case you need a softer or harder mattress), the bathrooms were adorable and very clean. There was coffee beans left for use and little things that we didn’t have to run and grab from the store. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There is a small grocery around the corner. You can walk to a few smaller cafes. The bus is a block away. My coworkers and I had our own space and loved having access to a fully equipped kitchen. There is a living room, bed and bath in the basement that is very nice. The decks are fantastic and it’s gorgeous in the backyard. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked great. We all highly recommend this little bungalow!!!

And we loved the deck! Flowers were gorgeous. The bedroom with the bunkbeds is really tiny and didn't feel like a fourth bedroom - more of a closet with bunks. The rest of the house is very comfortable and nice!

Great place - fun neighborhood

The entire house was well stocked and well labeled. Older house means stairs up and down that can be harder for those with mobility issues. Owner was helpful and we had a great time! Thanks for the memories we made in the amazing outside spaces. Hot tub is difficult to get in and out of but was clean and hot! We loved it

Great location

We were staying in Portland for a graduation. Nice location to get into downtown and surrounding areas quickly, and quiet, safe neighborhood to run in during the early morning! The only suggestions to help improve our stay would have been screens on the bedroom windows so we could open them at night for circulation, and to clean the washing machine as it smells like mold. Otherwise, awesome experience!

It was fantastic, fun and unique!

Great towels, hot tub, kitchen (well stocked for cooking), back deck (off kitchen), backyard, front porch and rec room in basement. The shower on the main level below the bedrooms was unusual. Also, the bunk bedroom that opened into the upstairs bathroom didn’t work well for adult kids. Finally the street parking was inconsistent, but the location worked well for us, so it was successful.

Nice craftsman home

A true craftsman and well-stocked but the house could have used a solid scrubbing. Also, it would have been nice to know about the cat beforehand. He was very cute and sweet but one of us is allergic so we couldn't a whole lot for him.

Great Laid Back House and Vibe

We really loved this property. We travel a lot together (2 families of 4) and one of the adults declared this house his favorite house yet. The deck and patio areas are amazing.

Convenient location

The house was clean and comfortable. Awesome spot to hang out on the deck or lounge and watch TV comfortably. 3 minute walk to the grocery store which was very convenient. Tom messaged back with any questions that we had in a timely manner. No complaints

Regatta Weekend

The location was fabulous. The house was extremely dirty. There were bugs all over the house. There were mouse droppings on the kitchen counters. All of the kitchen drawers were dirty. We had to rewatch the dishes before we use them. The oven did not work and the dryer had to be run several times to dry a load. The heater and sound system were great. The downstairs entertainment system were great. We enjoyed the hot tub.

I honestly don’t know what happened here. This was the first rental since I started doing it full time here. All the other more recent reviews have been great. I would have refunded the guests money and helped her find a new place had I known.
