Casita Das Andainasは観光レンタルのためにTaviraから公式ライセンスを与えられました。 3階にテラスがある2階にあります。 床には南向きのバーベキュー、2つの長い椅子、テーブル、4つの椅子、シンク、冷たい飲み物用の冷蔵庫が備わります。 夕方を見渡す素晴らしいワインで夜を楽しんで、新鮮なキャッチで海から戻ってくる漁師を観察したり、地元民が小さな距離の広場にあるペタンクの人気ゲームを観戦するのを見守ってみたいです。

The property was very clean and well equipped. It was a comfortable space. The host was very informative. The only negative might be the space is a little dated as you can see in the photos in the listing. Would be happy to stay there again.

Host was very accessible and responsive.Location was excellent and parking excellent.Really enjoyable but of course nothing is perfect. The bathtub was slippery and hot water is at a premium.The pillows need to be changed because they are a bit old. The tv took a lot of navigating to get to watch and because we are bedtime tv watchers we missed that.Overall we would stay here again. Tavira is nice and no crowds so very friendly .

Heerlijk appartement

Michelle is een hartelijke gastvrouw. Ze legde ons precies uit wat we kunnen doen. Het appartement is klein, maar wel knus. We voelden ons meteen thuis. De keuken is goed voorzien. De trappenhal is erg netjes en schoon. Voor een fantastisch uitzicht moet je via de trappenhal naar het enorme terras waar ieder appartement een eigen plek heeft. Jammer dat we daar elke keer de trap voor moeten nemen. Het complex zelf is best wel aan een nieuwe verfbeurt toe. Het ligt ingeklemd tussen 5 restaurants. Keuze genoeg. Als je naar het zandstrand van Tavira wil : op 5 minuten lopen neem je de Ferry die je ernaar toe brengt. Houd je van vis: ga naar mercado principale ( 5 minuten met de auto) en daar vind je diverse soorten verse vis. ‘S avonds lekker flaneren op de boulevard. Deze zouden ze mooier en aantrekkelijker mogen inrichten. Ik beveel het appartement van Michelle ten zeerste aanWat ik een minpunt vind: In het huis: de badkamer heeft geen douche en de toiletpot staat niet praktisch opgesteld. In de omgeving: er is geen bakkerij te vinden voor vers brood

Nice stay

Good expérience in the tavira neighbourood. Localistion is good, parking easy . 2 nd floor without elevator. At 3 rd floor you have the nice terrasse with BBQ. Enjoy

This was our first experience using a VRBO and Michelle was excellent to deal with and very helpful. She always responded promptly to any questions and was extremely helpful upon our arrival.

A really nice stay

We recommend the apartment and the village, a very pleasant atmosphere. The communication with the host was always right and quick, and the place has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Family summer vacation

We recently stayed at Michelle's apartment in Santa Luzia and had a nice experience. The apartment was very clean, conveniently close to the town center, and the perfect size for a couple with a baby. We were especially grateful for the crib and high chair that the host provided for our baby. On the downside, we felt that there was a bit too much furniture and decorative items for a holiday home, but this is a personal preference. Additionally, a dishwasher would be a valuable addition to the apartment. Unfortunately, due to external factors (renovation work), we could only use the terrace with barbecue towards the end of our stay. However, the host kindly compensated us for the inconvenience.

Michelle and Willem been married for 31 years.She is from Canada, Montreal. Speaks French, English, Dutch and Portuguese. Her husband is from Holland has a captain´s licence and speaks Dutch, English, German, Arabic,, French, Hivrit and Portuguese. They have been living in Portugal for the last 16 years with their daughter Suzanne. Casita das Andainas is their second apt here in the Algarve for holiday rental. With their experience they aim to answer all your expectations and wishes.

Years ago we discovered Santa-Luzia and found it to be an authentic, friendly small fishing village.
Walking along the boulevard on the river bank we feel that time slows down here to a peaceful rhythm.
It´s easy to enjoy simple things like a nice coffee in the morning on one of the plenty sunny terraces watching the fisherman going out to sea. Or sipping a nice wine on a peaceful evening while the aquatic birds fly once more over the lagoon to find their resting ground for the night.
This particular region of the east Algarve is known as the Polvo coast, the coast of the octopus, for most of
the octopus caught in the Algarve comes from Santa-Lucia.The restaurants along the boulevard all have their own recipes for delicious octopus dishes.
The overall genuine atmosphere of the place made us decide to buy an apartment for tourist rental and,eventually, our own old age.

The main features of this apt is the lovely well maintained street with it's mature trees and the proximity of the RiaFormosa Nature Reserve with the Ilha Estreita beach.The apt. itself has a comfortable feeling to it because of the quality of the wood finish and glazed doors. The terrace with its breath-taking sea-view has the perfect size for sun bathing, family barbecue or just lazy days. Its a quiet street even in the high season, you are just far enough to be away from it all and close enough to join in, a small walk away.
