The unit was clean but we came across a couple of cockroaches. This was somewhat disgusting. Overall our stay was satisfactory. The setting near the gulf and inter coastal and the docks were great.
We enjoyed our stay. Although the room smelled of mildew and parking was extremely tight.

Liked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
A little cramped but well appointed kitchen.
The bathrooms need some work. And they were dirty. The “master” bed/bath was tiny. There is no close beach access. We had to drive to the state park beach which was about 7 min drive. The facilities are great for fishermen/ fisher women. A nice dock and fish cleaning area. The pool was sufficient. We got yelled at by the “property manager” to make sure and park within the lines”. We WERE parked between the lines.🙄 At one point, 3 clearly over inebriated men were at the pool. One of them relieved himself in the grassy area and one of them was heard vomiting in the grass as witnessed from our deck. I feel that this experience was ok at best and overpriced for what you get.
