We hebben twee heerlijke weken vakantie gevierd in deze woning, ondanks de taalbarrière verliep de communicatie dankzij Google translate aardig goed. We zijn erg tevreden ook over de contacten met de eigenaresse. Een geslaagde vakantie!!

Ruhe pur

Sehr schönes Haus in hübscher, sehr ruhiger Lage - weit ab von allem! Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich empfangen. Leider war die Verständigung sehr schwierig, da (es steht in der Beschreibung) die Vermieterin tatsächlich nur Französisch spricht, wir aber nicht. Marie France war trotzdem sehr freundlich, umsorgend und hilfsbereit! Leider war das Wetter fast während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts schlecht (viel Regen und Sturm), so dass wir den zauberhaften Garten viel zu wenig nutzen konnten! Die Einrichtung fand ich teilweise etwas lieblos und altbacken. Die Schränke waren gut gefüllt, so dass nicht so viel Platz für eigene Sachen war. Das Haus ist recht feucht, im „Kinderzimmer“ sind zB Schimmelflecken an der Wand. Ich war überrascht, dass man in der normannischen Schweiz offenbar nicht auf internationalen Tourismus setzt. Selbst in Touristbüros wurde nur marginal Englisch gesprochen.

Liebe Christian, I would like to thank you for your constructive feed-back. Indeed, you weren't lucky with the weather. The mould stains were solve last year, water droplets were coming from the roof. The wall of the children bedroom will be redone before next summer season. For the humidity feeling, you would have done a fireplace, it would have improved the ambiance especially with this so bad weather. I insisted to my mother to call me when she should speak with non french speaker :) . Mit Freundlichen Grüssen.

Semaine ressourçante et apaisante

Une excellente semaine passée dans cette très jolie maison. Le cadre est propice à la détente, aux balades, aux siestes dans le hamac et à la lecture il y a aussi de très jolis endroits à visiter dans le coin (la roche d'oëtre, domfront etc). Enfin nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Mme Soinard. Merci !!

Sale, four cassé, wc et baignoire qui fuit, pas de rangement pour les vêtements armoires déjà pleines. Et tellement d'autres... la chaudière qui fait du bruit toute la nuit. Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée...

Je fais suite aux commentaires calomnieux et très blessants. D’autant plus que je m’assure que les locataires passent un agréable séjour. Je resterai néanmoins factuel. 1) Sale. Le ménage intégrale de la maison venait d’être fait à votre arrivée. Lors de l’état des lieux, vous n’avez fait aucun commentaire. 2) Four cassé : c’est inexacte. Le joint de la porte est manquant, néanmoins le four fonctionne très bien. Il est prévu de remplacer le joint. 3) WC et baignoire qui fuit. Faux, il n’y a aucune fuite. 4) Pas de rangement pour les vêtements armoires déjà pleines. Je vous l’accorde, je vous remercie pour ce commentaire, et j’ai d’ores et déjà fait de la place dans l’armoire en cause. 5) la chaudière qui fait du bruit toute la nuit. Il est vrai que nous entendons la chaudière dans une des chambres, d’autant plus l’hiver et si le chauffage est à son maximum. Vous auriez pu aller dans une des deux autres chambres si vraiment le bruit vous gêné. 6) Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée. Faux, mon collaborateur est venu faire l’état des lieux à votre arrivée et vous n’avez fait aucune remarque.

Avons apprécié ce beau gîte tout en pierres dans une belle campagne où il régnait la sérénité et en prime, avons eu lors de notre séjour un superbe temps. Piscines aquatiques dans les environs pour les enfants et les grands. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Séjour ressourçant, idéalement situé en Suisse-Normande, plages du débarquement, Mont Saint-Michel..

Au calme dans ce gite nous avons pu profiter des divers activités alentours (canoë, visites touristiques, balades, accrobranche, via ferrata…) mais aussi de la famille et des amis qui nous ont rendu visite. Cette petite maison atypique vous charmera par tout ce qu’elle a à vous offrir, de plus, la propriétaire des lieux saura vous accueillir et vous conseiller pour votre séjour.
