This large family house is divided into 3 floors. It is located in the heights of Erquy offering a nice view of the sea and a 600-m² garden. The house is located 600 metres away from the city centre, and the first village is less than 1 km away. The house is ideal for one or two families, and/or grandparents. There are seven bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people comfortably (two bathrooms and three separate toilets). Modulation is possible from four to seven bedrooms, offering capacity for 7-12 people. The rate is €700 - €1000 per week, depending on the season. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room, a kitchen, a utility room, a small library, and a toilet. There is a 30-m² living room/dining room, with a Danish tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hobs, fridge, and domestic appliances), a separate laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer; ironing if necessary), and a small library. The ground floor has access to the garden and the terrace. There is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. In the first bedroom, there are two single beds (for two people, together or separate. Ideal for a couple). There is a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a washbasin. The second bedroom has bunk beds (for two people), and you can add another (single). The third bedroom (master bedroom) has a balcony and a beautiful view of Erquy and the sea. There is a fourth bedroom for one person with a washbasin. There is a separate toilet on each floor. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The first bedroom can accommodate one person. The second bedroom has two sleeping arrangements, together or separate, ideal for a couple. The third bedroom can accommodate a person and has a separate washbasin. There is also a bathroom (shower and washbasin) and a separate toilet. A baby cot can be added, as well as a high chair. The house has Wi-Fi. Garden and setting: It is possible to include garden furniture for up to 12 people, with deckchairs, a table, wooden chairs, a swing frame with two swings and slides. It is also possible to include a trampoline (from July). There is a garage available to wash and put away beach items, as well as bicycles. In the garage, there is an additional chest freezer and a fridge for a large group.
