The Bellini Haus showcases classic mid-century modern architecture with an open floor plan, featuring bedrooms thoughtfully situated on either side of the home for enhanced privacy. Large celestial windows flood the space with natural light. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your culinary adventures, including a coffee machine, toaster, juicer, popcorn maker and many other amenities ensuring your dinner parties are a success. Step outside to find a four burner Weber gas grill and ample seating on the patio, perfect for al fresco dining.

We prioritize your comfort and rest, offering Hunter Douglas black blinds in all bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. The stylish main suite, as well as guest bedroom 3 boasts views of the backyard and direct access to the pool area and jacuzzi, providing a serene retreat feel.

In the living room, enjoy entertainment on a 65-inch smart Roku 4K TV, while two guest bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch Roku TVs. High-speed internet is available throughout the home to keep you connected. Experience the ultimate desert getaway at the Bellini Haus!


Firepits:
There's two small propane tabletop firepits and one large copper fire pit for burning wood.

Pool/Jacuzzi:

The fee for heating the Jacuzzi is $50 a day with a two-day minimum.
The Jacuzzi is set to a comfortable 101 degrees.

Pool heating fee is $100 a night with a two-day minimum.
We heat the pool to a comfortable 83 degrees Please let us know when you book so we can order the propane.


Washer and Dryer on premises. The cleaning crew takes their detergent so there may not be any on the premises. Please bring your own detergent, (liquid detergent only)

Spacious family friendly place to stay

We enjoyed the layout of the house and outdoor area. Very nice BBQ for outdoor grilling for a large group. Nicely designed outdoor area. Host was pleasant to communicate with and checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was good. Would stay here again!

Oasis-like pool area

The pool area is absolutely the highlight. So well landscaped that you feel like you’re at a high-end resort. That said, the house is decorated with so much character and personality that it is an amazing place to be too. Very spacious for our family of five. If you’re just coming for sun by the pool, it’s a great choice (20 minute drive into Palm Springs). Tim and David the hosts were incredibly responsive to any question we had and proactively asked how things were doing a few times during the week. Felt well taken care of.

Great chill desert getaway

Nice property. Fun vibes. Comfy couch and beds. Certainly it’s own little desert oasis. We loved the house and the atmosphere Tim and David have created. There is the right amount of amenities. Biggest complaints would be the overall location - pretty out there, not close to anything really - and the fact that we couldn’t get the pool heated. It does state that there is an additional fee for heating the pool. We tried to request this a little too last minute and were told it’s not possible because there isn’t enough propane in the tank and that the tank couldn’t be filled last minute either. I’m not entirely sure why one wouldn’t just aim to keep that tank filled and ready for such a request as I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who would think of such needs last minute. But even sans decent temp pool water we had a nice, relaxing time. Thankful the hot tub works well!

We love sharing our home and work hard to make it extra special for our guests. Since Covid-19 Propane delivery times have not been able to be guaranteed. Unfortunately this time last minute didn't work out, normally its not an issue, its just been a crazy year. At any rate we're happy you guys had a relaxing time, that's exactly how we designed the Bellini Haus. On your next visit we can offer you the heating of the pool for free. Girls weekend

Our stay at the Bellini Haus was amazing! Tim and David are great host and checked on us during our stay. There was a neighborhood power outage (1hr) but the host were on it and kept us informed. The house was perfect for our group and we had a fun filled girls weekend in Palm Springs!

This desert oasis home is beautifully modern in both design and decor, spacious and nestled in a quiet community with a panoramic view of mountains on each side of the Coachella Valley. Sitting in the the hot tub at night will allow you to star gaze without the light pollution of Downtown Palm Springs. The open layout features lots of space in the kitchen for cooking meals, playing games at the dining room table or lounging on the couch watching TV. The bedrooms are located on each side of the house allowing each guest to have privacy without disrupting each other. The bedrooms also open to the outdoor space so you can enjoy the backyard without going through the other parts of the house.




What makes this property unique


The pool may be heated at the guests request, but because of Propane costs we have to charge a fee. Prices vary depending on the season and cost of Propane. Please let us know when you book so we can make arrangements.
