We've had a fantastic holiday and were very sad to leave. The property is ideally situated for the town center and for the beach, which is kept so clean. The appartment is perfect for two people and the aircon was very much appreciated.

Corsican week

After looking online for a rental that would be within walking distance of restaurants and shops, we found this apartment in Propriano. It was also a good location from which to explore the southern part of the island, as well as Ajaccio.

Un appartement top, tant pour sa situation que son équipement, confort etc….L’accueil et la réception sont particulièrement réalisés avec professionnalisme, amabilité etc… Merci à Lucette pour tous les conseils, bonnes adresses … qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.Propriano est un endroit parfait pour rayonner en Corse du sud.

La vue est belle. la clim a été efficace pour chauffer l'appart. L'accès au parking souterrain facile. Logement confortable.Coin cuisine tout petit, certes il y a tout mais tout est difficile d'accès, ou trop haut (micro-ondes inaccessible)ou trop serré : une plaque deux feux qui ne permet pas de poser une casserole et une poêle en même temps de crainte de se bruler ou d'abimer les boutons. Possibiliter d'aménagement possible.

Voyage en corse

Appartement avec magnifique vue sur le golf, très bien équipé pour 4 personnes, proche du centre ville et des commerces en quelques minutes à pied. Propriano est idéalement situé pour visiter le sud de la corse.

De bonnes vacances dans un appartement TRÈS agréable

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours à Propriano. L'accueil avec Mme Lelièvre a été très sympathique, l'appartement est vraiment très agréable, les photos de l'annonce reflètent bien celui-ci, il est très bien situé, proche de toute commodités à pieds. La kitchenette est bien, la chambre agréable (matelas un peu mou pour nous mais peut-être parfait pour d'autres), la salle de bain est neuve et vraiment super! Rien à redire d'autant plus qu'il était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée. Localisation parfaite pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour qui veut passer d'agréables vacances.

Apartement in der Residenz Côté plage, 5 rue de la corniche Propriano

Das Apartement war sehr hell und komfortabel. Es liegt in einem ziemlichen Betonklotz in der 6. Etage direkt neben dem Yachthafen. Es hat eine große Terasse mit schönem Ausblick über den Hafen und den Strand sowie auf den Sonnenuntergang. Leider hatte sich unter der Terasse, aufgrund stehenden Regenwassers, eine Mückenplage etabliert die am Abend unerträglich wurde. Neben dem Gebäude war eine Bäckerei mit gutem Frühstücksangebot. Kurz vor der Anreise erhielten wir noch eine Mitteilung von der Concierce wir sollen 500,00 € in Bar als Kaution für das Apartment mitbringen außerdem 44,00€ für Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Davon war bei der Buchung keine Rede. Daher waren wir verärgert. Das Mobiliar im Apartment war gut. Die Küchenutensilien waren verschlissen und klapprig. Leider waren auf dem TV keine deutschsprachigen Sender einstellbar. Für das Auto war ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden und mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Ebenso der Zugang zum Strand den wir aufgrund der bescheidenen Wasserqualität wegen des benachbarten Yachthafens nur zwei mal nutzten. Es war trotzdem ein mehrheitlich angenehmes Wohnen. Wir würden jedoch dieses Apartment nicht nochmals buchen. Beste Grüße Gabi und Frank.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, bel appartement bien agencé vue sur la mer près du port. Je recommande seuls bémols, le matelas du canapé n'est pas confortable et un peu dérangé par le bruit des travaux le matin mais à part cela nous avons apprécié et nous reviendrons.Merci
