Great Location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great for beach access and not far from activities in town. Would recommend this location.

Three

I always love my stay at East Point Cottages! This stay was the only time I've been unsatisfied. I won't reserve At Last again because of the proximity to the highway and the traffic noise kept even our younger folks awake. We didn't have any extra blankets or pillows which made our nights tough-we used the trundle beds that only had sheets!

Great family trip

Loved the easy beach access—just walk across the street. The home had the right number of beds and bathrooms for our group. The small pool was handy, and we liked sitting on the deck for morning coffee.

Family Getaway

Great location with easy beach access right across the street. Within a few minutes drive of most restaurants and activities. Accommodations were nice and as advertised. We would stay here again.

Perfect location and layout!

The space was perfect for our group, especially with a designated bathroom for each bedroom and convenient half bath on main level. WiFi was easy to connect to for quick work projects. We had 2 vehicles, one car and one truck, that fit easily in the parking area. And the entryway area was great for dropping our beach supplies. We loved our stay!!

Good place

Place was clean and right across the street from the beach. My only complain is that its right next to the main drag of Gulf Shores and it was very loud BUT it was a busy holiday weekend. 5 stars across the board. NO ISSUES! The communication was great!

Overall the house was nice, very convenient and close to everything. We had some issues, during our stay, but absolutely loved the aesthetics. When we arrived there were dead roaches in a couple of rooms and closets. The upstairs bathtub was clogged up and caused water to leak into the downstairs master bath. We called and he came right out, but you can tell that’s an ongoing problem because there was a patch in the ceiling. Last but not least, we were searching for the remote and found a marijuana pipe, in the couch, mentioned it to the owner and just suggested that the cleaners triple check their work, no response. Just thankful neither of the kids found it or that it was something stronger than that. Thanks

The insects found were palmetto bugs, which are common along the Gulf Coast and can occasionally find their way indoors, especially during periods of heavy rain or changing weather conditions. While we maintain regular pest control service, we understand that finding them can be unpleasant, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the bathtub leak, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We responded as quickly as possible during your stay and have since continued evaluating the issue to ensure it is properly addressed. We also take your comments about the pipe found in the couch very seriously. This is certainly not something we expect to be left behind, and we have addressed the matter with our housekeeping team. Additional inspection procedures have been implemented to help ensure every area of the home is thoroughly checked between guests. We appreciate you recognizing our prompt response and are thankful that you brought these matters to our attention. Guest safety and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and your feedback helps us continue improving. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience.

Perfect!

The house was exactly as pictured! It was clean! And it was just a short walk from the beach! We were able to easily pack our stuff from house to the beach without struggle…if you have kids and ALL the things you know how important a short distance is! Would definitely stay again!
