L'Orée de Presles includes 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (corner beds 110x180) (Possibility of providing bed linen with supplement)

Beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in perfect condition and the owners make you feel welcome. During the hot days it was really nice to have a river streaming past the garden. The house is beautiful located.

Perfect

Very nice property nicely renovated! Plenty of space available. Very well located to go either to the ski slopes of Rouge Gazon or Ballon d'Alsace. We recommend this house!

Lovely Moselle

We had a fantastic week in Philippe and Martines spotless holiday home. The house was large and beautifully furnished. Well equipped including your very own plunge pool in the spacious outdoor area. The owners were very friendly and helpful a joy to talk to. Locate peaceful with easy access to the boulangerie which was frequented most days. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect Stay for Hiking/Biking Adventures

We (4 adults, 4 children 4-10 years) booked this house for 1 week. What should we say? The house was super clean, all needed equipment for the kitchen was available, we also used the 2 sets of Raclette. Additional the house included some historical informations about the textil industry, which closed 1978. This was really good integrated in the complete decoration style of the house - Perfect The house owner were super friendly and always ready to help or give advices, if problems would occur. They live next to the house, on the other side of the stream/small river/Bach. - Perfect Although the outside temperature was incredible for september/october, the stream/small river/Bach was used for a real short bath in the real cold water. The location is romantic and was also used for several games with the children - Perfect for everyone We started from the house our daily hiking tours around Saint-Maurice-sur-Moselle to the Ballon or Rouge Gacon, recommended by the Tourist Office for hiking scenarios with children. - Perfect The real good Bakery, a Supermarket and a Electric Car charging station is reachable in a few minutes by foot. So as a conclusion, we were completely satisfied with our choice for this house and the owner. Thanks again to Martine and Phillipe

Very clean, well decorated, spacious house.

We were well received by the very friendly owners who live nearby. The house is spotless, well furnished, VERY tastefully decorated and well situated: it has a sunny terrace and a spacious garden with a lovely creek running alongside it. A small waterfall ends in a pool deep enough to swim. Further on it is filled with both sand and pebbles so ideal to build little dams with the children. Towns of Belfort, Mulhouse and Colmar (!) are all a day-trip away, the Ballon d'Alsace is nearby for cycling enthousiasts. It also boast a nice lake for swimming, as well as a very nice (tree adventuring) activity park. Some downsides: the house is located near a decrepit closed clothing factory. Though the history of the house is interwoven with it (and has a lot of decorations from the factory), the halls block your view when in the garden. Second is a lack of curtains, adding to the noise-level and especially light-level of the (upper part of) the house. We had to use towels to block the light coming in at mornings. However, window shutters are apparently on their way (arriving in Sep 2017) so this ought to be a temporary problem. We had a very nice vacation here! Recommended if you are staying in this region.

Tolles, großes Ferienhaus - liebevoll eingerichtet

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert: Das Haus war blitzsauber, sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders die stilvollen Bäder und die gemütlichen Zimmer haben uns beeindruckt.Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen – perfekt ausgestattet, um auch im Urlaub leckere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Dank der vielen großen Fenster war das ganze Haus lichtdurchflutet und strahlte eine herrlich freundliche Atmosphäre aus.Ein besonderes Highlight war die Lage direkt an einem romantischen Bergbach – einfach idyllisch und ideal zum Entspannen.Die Vermieter, die ganz in der Nähe wohnen, waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man spürte sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.

Erholung pur in geräumiger Unterkunft

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) konnten zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen, geräumigen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbringen. Das Haus und das Nachbargebäude hat einiges an Historie in die man in diesem Haus eintauchen kann. Alle Zimmer, Küche und Bäder sind sehr gut eingerichtet und alles funktioniert tadellos. Bei Gewitter ausgelöste Sicherungen wurden vom Vermieter zeitnah wieder aktiviert. Sogar Raclette und Crêpes konnten wir machen. Da viele Möbelstücke aus der Familie stammen, sind diese auch mit 190cm (bzw. 2 Einzelbetten mit 180cm) kürzer als heutzutage gewohnt, aber das ist in der Beschreibung auch erwähnt. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind wunderschön und der Fluss bietet eine Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung. Supermärkte und eine tolle Bäckerei sind in der Ungebung. Nur mit Restaurants muss man Glück haben dass sie geöffnet haben, wenn man überhaupt eins findet. Die französische Sprache hilft vielfach deutlich mehr weiter als Englisch, wie leider so häufig. Das Haus ist ein guter Startpunkt für kurze oder längere Wanderungen oder Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Colmar, Freiburg, Mühlhausen oder einen tollen Badesee Lac de la Moselette.

1 semaine dans les Vosges

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour effectuer de nombreuses et très belles balades dans la région. La météo était magnifique. Au retour de nos marches quotidiennes, nous avons pu nous rafraîchir dans la rivière s'écoulant le long du gîte. Le gîte est très très spacieux. Les propriétaires habitent un peu plus loin dans la rue et sont très serviables. Super séjour ! Nous espérons y retourner. Nous recommandons!

Traumhaftes Haus *****

Wir waren vom ersten Augenblick verliebt in dieses Haus. Sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten, genau wie die Bilder versprechen. Eine sehr ruhige Lage, die wir auch unbedingt benötigten. Die Vermieter wohnen dicht dabei, so dass uns bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen werden konnte. Das Haus war in einen tadellosen und super gereinigten Zustand, man meinte man wäre der erste Mieter. Wer hier bucht, kann nichts falsch machen. Unseren Dank nochmal an die Vermieter Martine et Philippe Rouillon.

Urlaub in einem kleinen Museum

Das Haus war sehr toll ausgebaut, es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Dekoration des Hauses mit Stücken aus der ehemaligen Nutzung ist sehr ansprechend. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus wäre jederzeit eine erneute Buchung wert.

großartige Unterkunft

das ist eine großartige und großzügige Unterkunft mit sehr netten und sympathischen Gastgebern. Jedes der Schlafzimmer ist individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren dort mit zwei Fimilien und vier Kindern im Alter von 8 und 10 Jahren. Alle haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut Ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Bach auf dem Grundstück ist traumhaft und die wunderschöne Natur der Umgebung lässt sich vom Haus aus erwandern. Die Vermieter waren Großartig, immer freundlich, erreichbar und sie konnten uns mit guten Tips zur Umgebung versorgen. Wer es gerne städtisch mag ist hier vielleicht falsch, aber wer die Natur und Entspannung sucht wird hier fündig und glücklich.

Sehr ruhiges, geräumiges, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Garten und Bach

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Ferienhaus der Familie Rouillon. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben das Haus vor einigen Jahren liebevoll und mit viel Mühe und Arbeit ausgebaut. Es gibt im Haus sehr viel Platz und Komfort - viel mehr, als die Fotos vermitteln können. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber, sehr charmant und individuell eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Es gibt 2 große Badezimmer mit tollen Walk-in-Duschen. Die Geschichte der gegenüberliegenden ehemaligen Textil-Fabrik aus altem Familienbesitz wird in Form von historischen Gegenständen geschickt im Ferienhaus am Leben erhalten. Am abenteuerlichen Bach können Kinder spielen, aber auch Erwachsene sich gut abkühlen. Der Garten mit Hanglage ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasse mit Grillplatz hat Abendsonne und einen großen Esstisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig, ohne Verkehr. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind dennoch mit etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Start zu Waldwanderungen direkt vom Haus. Wir können das Haus vorbehaltlos empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Prachtig gerenoveerd huis

Oud fabriekspand is prachtig omgebouwd tot stijlvol vakantiehuis, met veel relevante details. Het is gelegen aan een beek, waar je met wat dapperheid in kunt zwemmen. De locatie is goed; er zijn veel wandelroutes en andere activiteiten in de buurt. Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie!

Exceptionnelles et formidables

Nous sommes venu à 6 personnes et avons passé un moment formidable au bord de la rivière. (pêche) la maison qui été une ancienne dépendance de l'entreprise familiale à été rénové avec un grand soin tout y est, il ne manque rien ! ! ! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, nous manquions le premier jour de lait et sucre pour le café du matin et ils nous ont gentillement dépanner. Encore un grand merci à madame et monsieur pour leurs dévouement afin que notre séjour ce passe du mieux possible. Il est évident que nous reviendrons à cette endroit précis En résumé, ne cherchez plus ailleurs vous avez le top !

Très belle demeure

Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis dans cette belle et grande maison pleine de charme, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et chargée d’histoire.Le cadre est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne Vosgienne. Martine et Philippe sont des hôtes très accueillants et très chaleureux.Nous reviendrons certainement.
