Wonderful house. Served my mother, son and I very well. Very clean, thoughtfully maintained. I think my only minus would be on the pool/hot tub area, which are not directly belonging to the house. Pool was not super inviting and hot tub wasn't that hot-but who cares with the ocean nearby?

Amazing accommodations in Princeville!

This property was beautiful and impeccably clean. There was so much space available for the three of us and we enjoyed it very much. The pool is very close so my kids loved being able to walk right there. I highly recommend it.

Great Unit!

We stayed in this Nihilani condo (32C) for 9 nights June 2023. It was well equipped and very clean. The location is great and close to several north shore beaches including Ke’e, Tunnels, Hideaway, Sealodge and Anini. The property manager Hawaii Life was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful and perfectly furnished down - the owners have thought of everything! We loved the easy/walkable proximity to the shared community pool & hot tub. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all of the Northshore highlights. The management company was also great to work with.

One of the nicest rental experiences ever! Thoughtfully appointed with every detail our family could need. Wonderful layout and decor. I would have liked better quality down pillows, but not a big deal. We hope to stay in 32c again!

One of the best VRBO properties we've stayed at

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over and many in the Princeville area before. This one was the best! Kitchen supplies, bedding, furniture, etc were all more than adequately supplied and high quality. We appreciated the extra puzzles and games that we used late in the evenings. This is a great location for all things needed on the north shore of Kauai. Thanks for sharing this incredible property.

Let me just start by saying that this property is impeccable. The condo is situated in a prime location with breathtaking views and walking distance from the golf course. The whole check in/check out process was a breeze with clear instructions and extremely well organized. They were so gracious to allow us extra time to check out due to unforseen circumstances. Now for the gorgeous condo. Not only is it specious, well thought out and spotless, but the owners anticipated all the wants/needs of someone that is on vacation. We had everything...and I mean everything we needed. Don't hesitate to book this property. It deserves all the stars.

Great condo!

This condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in! It is clean and everything feels new and like you are in a home away from home. The rental company was great at communication and taking care of issues. The a/c was broken when we arrived, but they were aware of the problem, already had someone out to look at it and it was fixed a few days into our stay. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: We found this home to be very spacious, clean, in a nice community, and with all of the necessary toys/gear to enjoy the island comfortably. Great to have a garage, powerful and quiet air-conditioning, and plenty of room to spread out. Conveniently located near the entrance to the community and the pool, but not too close.
