Detached chalet to rest well (no joint ownership nor vis-à-vis) with its box private parking;
Capacity 5 to 7 people;
This small chalet is appreciated for its functional side with its high roof top beautifully paneled inside
35 m² with covered terrace exposed to the South so the sun to enjoy the magnificent view of the Drac Valley and the Mountain;
1 room with 1 bed 2 persons;
2nd room 3 beds 1 person;
Lounge area 1 sofa bed for 2 people with separating curtain which serves as 3rd bedroom;
 Shower room and separate WC.
Fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher for a better holiday ...
1 self-cleaning electric oven with rotisserie and 1 barbecue delivered in July 2018; (Please clean it for the following families)
 150L hot water tank;
 Blankets; new pillows (purchase seven 2018)
A washing machine and dryer at 100 m at Camping La pause (5 E)
The land is fenced to receive a "doggie" but ask beforehand to know the breed
In winter, Ideal for skiing with buttocks at 100m, no need for the car to shop at 500 m, it can stay in its "private parking"!
Chalet rented "naked" without anybody living in it
 it is located in a quiet place in the entrance of the PRL (residential leisure park), in the family camping 3 stars "La Pause"
Without any noise nuisance because away from the center of the campsite;
 Corinne or Olivier at the campsite reception La Pause at 100 meters are responsible for the delivery of keys and inventory at the beginning and end of the stay;
 Because the owners are not on site but at 3:00 of road .... To envisage before the delivery of the keys:
- The linen that is not provided;
- bring sheets and towels and toilet paper W. C. (rental sheets possible, see Camping La Pause soon enough to check if available)
If household not done at the beginning or insufficiently done; provide 45 E who will be held on bail to pay the cleaning company
Small animal allowed on request but he will not have to stay alone;
 Wi-Fi Internet with financial participation decreasing price
 To envisage the conso electricity with 0,40 E / KWh which settles separately at the end of the stay on reading of the meter, water and services included is about 4 Euros per Day in summer; 10 Euros per day in winter
Chalet very well insulated but in winter reduce the radiators when absent and close the doors;
 it is agreed that Corinne or Olivier put the heating in winter before the arrival unless otherwise advised by the tenants;
2 checks deposit at the delivery of keys including:
1st of 200 Euros following departure of a tenant without paying his consumption wifi, electricity and local taxes (0, 40 E / day per person over 18 years) ....
2nd of 45 E for the household; will be cashed if the household needs to be redone or to be done by the cleaning company if the occupants do not wish to do so
 Activities at the campsite (see the program on site)
Bar open from 7 pm to 11 pm; Musical atmosphere snack
Hiking in the valley with 33 marked trails; Parc des Ecrins: circuits 700 km with 42 refuges; peasant museum, naturalistic museum; etc ....
