Don't Cross Seawall to Get to the Beach!!!

Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application.
Bringing unapproved animal to Seascape will result in $250 HOA fine. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit.

Open the balcony door. Feel and smell the ocean breeze. Hear the surf breaking and the hot tubs bubbling, Walk down to the pool and access the beach through a nice wooden walkway with a coded security gate. While other Galveston travelers are hassling with trying to park on Seawall to access the beach, or (even worse) trying to dodge cars while crossing Seawall to get to the beach, your route to the beach is a short, quiet walk (with no busy road to cross!).
If you are not in the mood for bouncing around in the surf, retreat to the heated pool or one of the three hot tubs.
Our condo is fully stocked with kitchen stuff, beach toys, even fishing equipment! Sleeps 6 with the King bed, new LA-Z-Boy queen sleeper couch and 55 inch UHDTV in living room! Includes Internet (wi-fi and ethernet) and Cable TV with Premium channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime (Netflix and Prime use your own account).
Seascape is a family friendly destination. Security is onsite.
TWO cars per unit is allowed by HOA.
Our condo is located back farther away from the ocean than most in the complex. But you do have a large balcony with an ocean view and a view of the large, heated pool. One of the hot tubs is right below the balcony of the unit.
This is the Scott family vacation home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We will treat you like family. Anything consumable within the condo is yours to use. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or family vacation.
