Fun weekend getaway

We came for one night to enjoy a fun beach break. Condo had everything we needed from towels, bath essentials , to a fully stocked kitchen. Loved the decor and accents in the condo. Great place to enjoy the beach.

Above and beyond

We had a very large group that rented out several rooms on this property. The rooms were perfect ! Well supplied and very accommodating! My host went above and beyond returning something that might have been small to others,but meant a lot to my son and was left behind in the room ! Absolutely will return

Great condo!

Great location-direct access to the beach. Gulf view from the balcony was wonderful! Condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again.

Adorable Condo

Very updated and clean condo. Could use a dishwasher. 😉 Other than that, well stocked kitchen. Would book again, love Casa Del Mar.

I loved this stay! They were very helpful and they place was so clean! It was also convenient beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap all available no cost to you! Great view of the beach! We will be coming back!

Wonderful Stay

The complex is very well maintained. It has the feel of a 10-year old complex, but I learned from one of the condo owners I met that the complex is over 40-years old. It is clean and inviting.

Amazing as always!

This is my family and I second stay at this condo, and it is still just as amazing as the last! This will always be my go place “condo” in Galveston! When I’m here I feel like I’m home. There is a new local restaurant next door called Doc Holidays and it is fantastic!

Weekend get away

Booked the condo last minute and was extremely pleased with our visit. Location of property was clean, fully stocked with towels & kitchen supplies. Bonus because it was super convenient to the beach, grocery & restaurant. The Property manager was prompt to answer a text when I had questions. (Within a minute, which is AMAZING compared to other Vrbo I have booked.) Traveled with two kids who loved the bunkbeds & access to a pool after a day at the beach. We are already planning our next trip.

We spent 7 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Great location. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the deck with the ocean view. The condo is well stocked. We would not hesitate to book again.

Too small for six

Condo, location, and view were excellent. Supplies and accessories were more than adequate. Listing says for up to six people, but more than two would be an overcrowding. Where would six store all their stuff. I would remove the bunkbeds and list as a couples retreat.

Wonderfully relaxing

My wife n I had just lost our son to over a year battle with esophageal cancer. We needed some alone time in a relaxing place to just come to grips with our loss. Rachel's place was perfect. She was a great host. We will return...The balcony view was great for coffee time n beach access was very convenient.

Has everything!

All you really need to bring is your swimsuit, sunscreen and some groceries (if you want to cook). This property has it all! From beach umbrella to fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and beach vibe decor! Kids will love the sweet bunk beds. I plan on returning soon!

Amazing is an understatement!!!

This Condo is absolutely amazing! The location is spot on; everything you need is literally within walking distance, from groceries, fast food, ice cream & Italian ices, bike rentals, dine in restaurants, and the beach! The crossover to the beach is directly in front of the Condos., it’s maybe a three minute walk. The moment we walked into the Condo you could immediately smell cleanliness! Everything was perfectly organized and ready for vacation mode. The bed is very comfortable and so are the two bunk bed mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped, and so is the bathroom with most of the amenities. The balcony, I could live on with an unobstructed view of the ocean at all times with four very comfortable adirondack style chairs. The Casa Del Mar facility itself is the best, most up kept property I’ve ever witnessed when it comes to landscaping, cleaning and security. The two swimming pools are also beautifully kept and the heated pool was a plus… I could honestly go on and on about our experience! Rachel is a gem on communication with everything from making sure you have a perfect experience and everything is to your liking. My family and I stayed five days and on the fourth day I already booked my return stay to the exact condo….. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s a Diamond on the beachfront in Galveston!!!

I love the beach! It is our happy place. Watching the tides roll in and out, and listening to the wave break on the shore just washes our cares away. We currently live just outside of Houston, TX and make it to the Island as often as possible.

We fell in love with this property for the view!!!!! The property just sang to us as soon as we saw the pictures, it is everything we would have furnished ourselves and think is imperative for a great vacation.
