Ardèche - Vacation rental

Large gite perfect for spending time with family or friends in the heart of the Ardèche Mountains. Here in the commune of Saint-Jean-Roure, we are near Les Nonières and approximately the same distance (about 15-20 minutes) from the small towns of Lamastre, Le Cheylard or Saint-Agrève. Valence is the closest large city and a good hour from here.
The gite has 11 beds in total, between three smaller and two larger rooms with mezzanines, a living, dining area, and equipped kitchen leading to the terrace with views on the Eygas Valley. You will have full autonomy.
Wood burning heat, Wi-Fi upon request, TV and cd/radio.
My house adjoins the gite and I am happy to recommend the best places to eat, the most beautiful walks and sites to discover nearby. Multiple trails (GR, PR or GR Pays) lead to magnificent views. If you want to ride on the cycle path which is created from the old railway tracks, there are also a few mountain bikes that can be borrowed. Take a dip in the rivers, lakes, go to the aquatic centre, or simply soak your feet in the streams found in the natural rural surroundings on the property itself. Your pets are welcome on a case by case basis as I have cats, goats, and hens and chicks that occassionally escape from their pen.
Weekend rentals are possible throughout the year except for summer or during school holidays (€360/2 nights /€540/3 nights).
