The house has 2 bedrooms, private bath with a shower, well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator. Living room has a comfortable sleeper couch that converts into a Queen size bed, it has a digital TV with over the air programming. WiFi is available throughout the house.
Also enjoy a spacious backyard with a patio under beautiful huge pine trees with reclining chairs to have a break after a long day and to bask in the afternoon California sun.
There is a nice park nearby for kids to play, golf practice range walking distance from the house, shopping area one block away and plenty of restaurants with a multitude of international cuisine options.
Our house is located on a private street that is shared with an elementary school. So it has a happy noisy ambience of children at play in the mornings and is very-very quiet after school hours.
The neighbors are extremely friendly and will be happy to chat with you if you have a moment to spare.
