Comfortable home located on a quite cul de sac in Green River, UT. Home has newly installed front and back yard patios for your use. New Central Air Conditioner installed for summer heat. Front and side yards are rock-scaped and back yard is currently dirt with no weeds.

Conveniently located to all the best adventures S.E. Utah has to offer. Moab, UT (54 miles), Arches National Park (52 miles), Capital Reef National Park (80 miles), Goblin Valley State Park (46 miles), Dead Horse Point State Park (52 miles), Little Wild Horse Slot Canyon (58 Miles), Swasey Beach (10 miles), San Rafael Swell (10 miles) and Crystal Geyser (6 miles), Athena Mountain Bike Trail (5 miles).

Home has high speed internet with 55" internet ready 4K television allowing you to access your personal video streaming services. Polk sound bar is attached to TV for an improved listening experience. Philo internet based cable channels available on TV (58 Channels). Local channels are available via digital antenna. Nintendo 64 video gaming system is also available for your use.

Kitchen amenities includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, electric griddle, coffee maker, french press, electric kettle, electric hand mixer and basic cooking, baking and eating utensils. New outdoor barbecue available for your use. New barbecue grill available for your use. When using the grill please use on rear patio, not near house. When done using, please place back in carport walkway.

Great home for our family reunion. Four stayed here and others came over for breakfast and dinners.That table was perfect and the kitchen provided everything we needed and the label helped with finding things.Nice quiet cul-de-sac and the large living room was big enough for us all to spend time catching up and telling stories. Cool Place to Stay in Green River

Although you don't go to Green River to stay in doors, location was ideal and amenities were very comfortable. This was a great release after months of quarantine. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Park trip

This house was perfect for our family of six. The location was central for visiting Goblin Valley one day and then down to Moab and Arches the next. It was also half the price of anything in the Moab area.

Perfect for the family

We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked there were plenty of towels and blankets. We enjoyed the Nintendo 64 and even did a puzzle. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to find the house.

We thought this was the perfect home base for southern Utah adventures. I loved the spacious kitchen and large dining table. We like to eat together and play games, so a big table is a must. Thank you!

Great 3 bedroom home in Green River

Todd and Natalie where easy to communicate with. The house is clean, we'll stocked with supplies, and very well organized. It filled our needs and provided an excellent experience. Exactly what we're looking for. This property exceeded our expectations.

Very Cozy

We trailered motorcycles from Minnesota to visit Arches and Canyonland National Parks as well as Dead Horse Point State Park so to have a quiet home to return to each night was wonderful! Clean home, wonderful shower, comfortable bed was a perfect combination for our vacation. Quiet neighborhood and we. found some wonderful food at locally owned restaurants! The cinnamon rolls at Tamarisk were to die for, burgers at Ray’s and ice cream treats at The Chow Hound was a great way to end our day. We would definitely recommend staying at this home!

Green River House

Some friends and me were doing a canyoneering trip in the Swell area, and were using Todd’s house as our base camp. The house was super clean, it had ample space (3 bedrooms with 4 beds), and all of the amenities (stove, oven, microwave, ac, etc.). Todd was very good at communication, reaching out regularly prior to our arrival, and during to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions.

Oasis in the desert

A really nice layout and impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked for use and rest of amenities were there as well. TV streaming was awesome, made for total relaxation after a days ride on the motorcycles. Neighborhood was quiet and the carport was really handy for bikes under roof. Highly recommend bringing food as our eyes didn’t see many choices in Green River. Was a good choice and would recommend it as a “base” for seeing the parks and scenery. That’s all, happy trails!

Very nice stay

Entire house in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome host. We certainly enjoyed the property. The bathroom area needs attention. Fan is noisy and just wore out. Tub needs resurfaced. Not actually dirty but appears so. That’s the only reason for knocking 1star off the rating. Would not hesitate to book again

Well-stocked vacation home!

Directions to the property were hard to follow. Suggest using Long Street instead of Cherry Street as turning point. Beds were comfortable. All supplies we could possibly imagine for our stay were available, except scissors. Motion sensor in dining area was disconcerting. Dining room light bulbs were brighter than necessary (install a dimmer)? Carpet is buckling and needs to be updated. Property was convenient to the national parks we came to visit. Thank you!

Enjoyable trip to Utah

We spent a week in Utah visiting the national parks in the area. The house was easy to check in when we got in later than expected. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 teens). There was a nice variety of streaming services and viewing options to return to each day after hiking to rest and relax. The one bathroom did get a little busy at times with 5 people, but the extra sink outside helped. Well-stocked kitchen and linen items. Would stay again if in the area.

Owners should teach VRBO classes, they go above and beyond caring about their guest are comfortable in their home and arrive save as they checked on us as we arrived a day late due to illness.

Very Clean and Comfortable

This was a great spot to stay for our ATV trip in the area. Very clean and comfortable with all the desired amenities and then some. I would recommend and come back again. Lots of trails to ride within an hour's drive and closer.

Quiet location

Our family trip turned into a solo trip for me because of conflicts that arose, but I really enjoyed my stay in this home and I felt very safe and comfortable. Hiking in the San Rafael Swell was also amazing!

Great Place to Stay

Great accommodations and location. House is very clean and well stocked. It is easy to find. Several national and state parks are close so you can stay here without moving so often. Host is easy to work with and answers any questions quickly. Definitely a great choice.
