Comfortable apartment located in a secure residence. Parking space, then everything can be done on foot: shops, direct Richelieu beach by walkway.
With swimming pool, solarium, sauna, table tennis.
The pool was redone in 2017.
Access to the port of Cap d'Agde 5 minutes by bike, 20 minutes walk from the marina.
With terrace.
1 adult room with bed 140 x 190, bathroom and separate toilet, 1 mezzanine with bed BZ 'double 140x190 and 160 x 190
Equipment Refrigerator + freezer, stove, dishwasher, washing machine 3kg, 2 flat screen TV 60 cm, toaster, kettle, barbecue.
Pool view, perfect for supervising children.

Les vacances à la plage !

La localisation est parfaite au meilleur endroit de la plage de Richelieu Location très bien equipee Bonne organisation pour la remise des clés Seul bémol : le salon un peu petit et la mezzanine un peu basse On reviendra !

Des vraies vacances !

Nous adorons plus que tout la plage de Richelieu et son ambiance inégalée . La situation de l'appartement est parfaite surtout si on utilise la sortie du côté de l'allée piétonne. Pas de voiture pour aller à la plage c'est l'idéal. Le défaut de l'appartement est la mezzanine qui est un peu basse pour les grands enfants ( attention à la poutre !) Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et reviendrons sur l'année prochaine s'il est disponible

Super

Super location proche commerce et plage, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Appartement très bien équipé. La personne qui nous a accueilli n'a pas eu le temps de tout nous expliquer mais un propriétaire de la résidence et venu nous voir et nous a tout expliqué car dans la résidence il y a un accès direct à un petit chemin qui nous emmène direct à la plage , ainsi qu'au centre de Rochelongue à 5 min à pied. Egalement environ 15 min a pied on arrive au port ! Super location je recommande. Seul bémol la piscine et un peut vieillotte par rapport aux photos ça n'empêche, je recommande cette location nous y reviendrons c'est sure notre fille de 2 ans était aux anges.

Très bien

Je vais souvent au Cap d'agde et je choisi toujours une localisation près de la plage de Richelieu. Cet appartement est très bien situé et à environ 15 minutes à pied du port. La résidence est sécurisée et l'appartement très fonctionnel; beaucoup mieux équipé que les location de vacances habituelles. La vue sur la piscine est parfaite pour surveiller les enfants; sauf qu'elle n'était pas encore ouverte lors de notre séjour Nous reviendrons pendant la saison estivale, c'est sur Merci aux propriétaires pour la qualité de l'accueil

Emplacement parfait

L'appartement est très bien équipé. Merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli sur place et qui était très professionnelle et efficace. La plage de Richelieu que je connais depuis plus de 15 ans reste la meilleure plage du Cap. A revenir sans hésitation

Vacances idéales

Appartement tres bien equipé dans résidence idéale pour les vacances. La place de parking est juste sous l'appartement, Elle n'a quasiment pas bougé de tous le séjour car on peut tout faire à pieds. Je recommande cette location.
