Really?? 6 out of 10. Seems you're the anomoly. Funny you never contacted us for any issues you had, thus never gave us a chance to fix anything you might have been unhappy with. I say might because I was just there right before your stay and the room was good to go. We replace comforters 3-4 times/yr and have them washed periodically in between. If you're unaware, an oceanfront unit is constantly exposed to high humidity and salt air. A humidifier is a must and is key to making the room dry and comfortable. I only had to empty it ~every 12 hours and it does an excellent job of keeping the room dry....unless you keep the sliding doors open all the time. There's no way you had to empty it 8 times/day so why the exaggeration? Our pricing is extremely fair and lower than most direct oceanfront units; especiallya 1st floor unit. If you were unhappy, you should've contacted us rather than just complain online. I have little sympathy for someone who has an issue and does not give an owner opportunity to make it right. BTW- There are a couple extra shower curtains in the room I could've pointed you to if asked as we know in high humidity rooms mold on curtains is a constant battle, thus why we keep extras available. The sheets are cleaned and replaced for every stay. We use a cleaning service that provides them. Surely you don't expect perfectly good sheets to be tossed because someone decided to drink coffee in the bed or eat in bed and put a stain on them. If asked our cleaners have no problem coming back out to replace anything you're unhappy with...but again you never contacted us. Our room is gorgeous, well priced and one of the best you'll find at a beach location. We've been renting for 15 years and I stand by our condo's value 100%. Jay
