This completely furnished, year-around private lake front rental features a perfectly flat grassy front lawn to a beautiful 110'x25' natural sandy beach (no steps!). For your use, the 68' dock has less than 5' of water at its end. The cathedral ceiling front room, all glass, faces lake & mountain for beautiful views and sunsets. Bask in the sun on the pure, natural, sandy beach front on the 'sunny' side of the lake looking westward. For the winter season, very easy direct access to the lake for activities. It's only minutes to the Gunstock Ski/Recreational area. The cove area is perfect for swimming, diving, canoeing, boating, skating, skiing and fishing. Sleeping is 2 bedrooms with a queen, full with trundle, plus a queen pullout. This property is located on a private road with private parking and amenities including private beach/dock, row boat, peddle boat, gas grill, air-conditioning, cable TV and a 10'x30' front deck.

Family friendly, gorgeous property

The chalet is perfect for families of any age! We vacationed with our two small children and the house met all of our needs. There is plenty of room in the main area for the kids to play; and the beach, lake, and yard are perfect for energy-burning activities :). George and Liza are more than accommodating and truly make you feel welcomed on their property. The area is very private and clean. There is a lot to do around the lake as well. We enjoyed the boat tour and hiking (both about 10 minutes away). Sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty of this amazing rental!

Perfect setting on Winnipesaukee

First, the chalet was a perfect size for our group of 4. Every conceivable item you could possibly need is provided. When George & Liza said you need only bring beach towels, they were not kidding. Second, the location on the lake is truly unbelievable. We have been vacationing on Lake Winnipesaukee since 2001, at various areas on the lake, and this was the absolute nicest. Crystal clear water, soft sand and wide frontage. You really can't ask for more. Lastly, the owners. George and Liza are as thoughtful, hospitable and friendly as anyone we have ever rented from. They would do absolutely anything to help or make a stay more enjoyable. We can't thank them enough for a great week.

An incredible vacation filled with lifelong memories

An incredible vacation filled with lifelong memories. Our family couldn’t have enjoyed the hospitality and beauty of this home and family anymore than we did. To wake up each morning and such a setting, enables you to start the day for a place of peace and happiness. The house was very clean and came with all of the amenities and toys needed to provide for any visiting family. Things got a little toasty in the house, but we were there during a week of 90+ degrees. Hey, what are you going to do it summertime. A First-Class Vacation Spot!

I was told by a friend that this was the perfect property if you want to be on the lake, and he was understating it. The view is magnificent, facing the setting sun, and the beach is a rare thing on Lake Winnipesaukee. It is the perfect place for children because the sandy beach goes out gradually which is ideal for swimming. What stands out the most about the property in my mind is the family that owns it. They are the nicest people you could hope to meet when you rent property. Yes, they live next door, but that is a big plus because they treat you more like family than tenants. They truly enjoy people and would do anything they could to accommodate your needs. We could not find anything they had not thought of in the unit to make living there comfortable. The kitchen is superbly equipped with more than enough dishes, glasses, etc., the beds are very comfortable, there is a washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. As you sit in the living room and dining area and look out at the lake, you will not want to leave. My first reaction upon entering the place was that they had a lot of pride in their property and took great care of it. The place is immaculate. It is truly the Heaven of lake rental properties, and it is close to grocery shopping and all the great Lakes Region activities. You can't stay here without wanting to come back!

Best Vacation Home

We had an amazing time. The Chalet is just gorgeous.. It's so comfy and it's like a home away from home but better. The view is marvelous and you have your own private dock & beach. Even the days that were a bit gloomy you could still go outside and enjoy the scenery or even just sit on the deck and relax. The owners are awesome. They make you feel right at home and are very generous and kind. We bragged to all our friends and family about this place and many have asked about going there. The next vacation time we get we will be definitely going back for atleast a week. We can't picture ourselves at any other location. It was the best time we ever had and my 5 year old still talks about it and is dying to go back. We miss it!!!

EXACTLY as described-gorgeous,private,clean

Our vacation plans began with overwhelming internet shopping. We chose truth and integrity.By that I mean, everything we were told was true. The chalet is gorgeous, clean,equipped, and private,even though it is an add on to the owner 's property-that should not be a deterrant-if it is it's your loss. In fact, it is a security plus. The beach is clean, and views are stunning. The owner's are extremely helpful and friendly and you don't know they're there. We were able to do day trips and grateful to return to such peace, or chose to do nothing and enjoy that as well. It is a place where you will definately wish to return to. It was sad to leave, but the memories are awesome.
