Great location & property

Super easy to access and property manager was easily available when I had a question. So great to be easy walking distance to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location

We loved our stay in this sweet, beautifully kept and updated unit. The location couldn’t be beat across the street from some of the best snorkeling and swimming beaches on the island.

We loved our stay in this Condo!

The Condo is perfect for a party of 4 people. The kitchen is big and well equipped. One little flaws is the missing AC in one of the bedroom.

Great location to all our fave spots in Kihei and Wailea. Included amenities such as beach chairs could use replacing, several were falling apart and dry rotted. Overall, loved the space and outdoor patio in the mornings/evenings!

Feels like your own condo in paradise

Kitchen is well-equipped, condo is spacious. Great location. Only negative was that the beach chairs supplied weren't in good shape. We also stayed in a resort during our trip, but preferred staying here- felt like our own condo in paradise.

Great Stay

Overall this place was great for the purposes of our stay. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach and into Kihei. The condo itself has everything you would expect in the description. The AC had an issue when we visited and the management property had someone there to fix it on the same day. Only complaint is the bathroom was smaller than expected.

Perfect place!

We loved the location (3 min walking distance to beach and small, low-key hotel; 15-20 min walk to many food options; 10 min drive to Wailea; 30 min drive to Pai’a). The condo is a perfect size for our family of 4 and has everything we needed, including a lovely west-facing lanai where we could watch the sunset when we didn’t walk down to the beach. Many beach options close by with varying degrees of waves, snorkeling, etc—all of the beautiful. We saw turtles every day! A lovely spot!

Nice rental could use a few more amenities (more then 4 forks, dishwasher soap , TP) & need to deep clean (faucets had bugs living in them), overall central location & price fits the property

Keawakapu

This is an amazing property. It's one block from the best beach on Maui. It's a smaller complex with a homey feel and functions very well. The management company is very responsive ( thank you Taylor!). My one and only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors and blinds. You will love it here! We did!

Great family condo

Great location! Only a 5 minute walk to Kihei boat launch, where most snorkel, whale watching and other boat tours depart from. Across the street from beach access; about a 5 min walk to a gorgeous beach. On the south end of S. Kihei Road, so it’s nice and quiet but a very short drive to restaurants, shops, Kamaole 3 beach and more. Laundry facilities on site was very helpful. The kitchen came in very handy and we ended up cooking a lot of our own meals. We ate dinner on the private lanai watching the sun set. It was paradise!

Attractive, comfortable. Lovely lawn with flowering shrubs out back. Slightly further from beach than expected. Internet went down; property manager representative appeared with portable hot spot for immediate solution, after being pressed.

Good Location

The condo is in good and clean condition centrally located for all our activities. The place has a home cozy feeling with ample kitchen supplies and basic season to cook with. Plenty of towels for our week long stat here. A couple of items to address is replacing the shower liner and unclog the bathroom sink. It drains very slow since the first day we got here. Overall a good condo with quiet neighbors.

Great Location, I highly recomended!

We had an amazing stay, the location is very convenient 10 min walk to the beach, with in driving distance from shops and gas. I would recoment having the couch changed, it has some stains and is not confortable.Same for the TV, the speakers are very blurry in sound. Either than that is verry well equipped. Thanks.

1st Time in Maui

Overall this unit is a great size for 4 adults. The location was quiet and an easy five to ten minute walk to a beautiful beach (one of the nicest beaches in the area -Keawakapu). The cleanliness of the unit could be further improved as there were ants found upon our arrival and the rug in the living area is not necessary as it just collects dirt and sand. Although the unit provided beach chairs, they were not in the best condition and could use replacing. A beach umbrella would be a welcome addition to the amenities provided. The washer/dryer on site was a positive feature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel that with these suggestions the place could be a 5 Star!
