This spacious 75 sqm apartment is fully climate controlled and comes with free Wifi access.

The large living room (55 sqm) offers a superb view over the Saint-Sacerdos Church – the very heart of Sarlat. It incorporates a fully equipped open plan (American) kitchen (separated from the living area by a breakfast bar) with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates and a dishwasher.

The living area is equipped with the latest electronics – a 117cm Smart flat-screen TV and Bose Hifi surround-sound system (with Bluetooth connection/access).

The separate bedroom comprises a 160cm queen size bed and high quality furnishings (including some antique pieces). Complemented by subtle, but effective lighting, the ambience is both warm and elegant. At a more practical level, the large built-in wardrobe allows you to store your cloths and luggage.
Extra single beds can be added on request: extra of 25 euros (per beds - including bath linen and sheets).

Finally, you will be seduced by the state of the art bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower cabinet, large vanity, WC and integrated sound system.

• Towels, sheets, hair dryer, and kitchen accessories are provided

• An ironing board with iron and a washing mashing are at your disposal

This apartment has a great location, wonderful amenities and a most gracious host. Secure parking a few blocks from the apartment is an added bonus. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and weekly markets are just outside your door. This was a 5 Star stay!

An excellent apartment right in the thick of downtown Sarlat. Very well accommodated with everything you could need for a short or an extended stay. Great apartment for a stay in Dordogne region! The apartment is very close to restaurants and shops and exactly as shown in the photos. The parking garage is a short 10’minute walk away - easy to find with Google maps. The owner will meet you there and bring you and your luggage to the apartment.

Amazing property right in the middle of town. Allison was also amazing - she is so helpful and STRONG! So kind and helpful, meeting us at the parking space then helping us with our bags to our apartment. The town itself is absolutely buzzing with lots of artists performing on the square. Great place - highly recommended.

The location is unbeatable and Allison the owner was outstanding. The only issue for us is the apartment is really on the second floor with a steep set of stairs.

Perfect accommodation in the heart of Sarlat

Cosy and clean, right in the beautiful historic centre of town. The host was super helpful, transporting our luggage from the private, undercover carpark to the accommodation (and back). We loved it here, especially hearing the church bells and being able to watch the world go by from the windows.

Great location, in the heart of Sarlat. Our hostess, Allison did the refurb of an old building. Everything is well planned and tasteful. Amenities were as described, a comfortable kitchen, very nice bathroom and shower. And probably most important the bed, pillows and comforter made for a restful night after touring the Dordogne region. Hats off to a wonderful host.

Exceptional stay in Sarlat-la-Caneda

Great experience. Allison and Marc are wonderful hosts. Their apt is very centrally located but quiet as well with double-paned windows. The apartment decor, the amenities and the parking garage space made our stay very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and very dedicated to making it a perfect stay for us.
