It has 3 comfortable bedrooms for 6 people (a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double bed, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds). You will also find a living room leading to then terrace with lake view, a second terrace with a small garden, and two bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine) and offers a parking space. You can easily access Esparron de Verdon Lake and its beaches on foot. Beyond its beauty, that creates a feeling of serenity, the lake offers many leisure activities such as canoes, sailing, rowing, windsurfing, fishing, electric boat trips, or you can relax at a small wild inlet. The region is ideal for outdoor activities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, climbing, tours, gliding, and... finding truffles! The apartment is close to the typical and medieval village of Esparron-de-Verdon, which offers shopping facilities and restaurants, but without any nuisances. Esparron-de-Verdon is located in Verdon Natural Regional Park. Nearby, there are many interesting sites such as Saint Croix, it lake, Moustier-Sainte-Marie, Gorges du Verdon, Manosque, Lubéron, and ITER for the most curious. We spent two wonderful weeks in this holiday apartment this summer. Everything was just perfect – the apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the view of the lake from the terrace is truly exceptional. Wonderful location

Wonderful location, weather not so Good but we definitely enjoyed our stay! Not very touristic in the off season, very calm and enjoyable. Perfect for nature lovers.

Great accomodation in a nearly perfect environment

The Lac Esparron is a wonderful lake in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. The village Eparron-de-Verdon is a small village directly at the lake. The lake is a wonderful place for swimming and a lot of water-related acitivties. This accomodation is near the center of the village yet far away enough for peaceful nights. It is fully equipped and a/c is available in every room. The sight from the upper terrace is awesome. The only thing you have to keep in mind is, that you have to go by car 30 minutes for a supermarket and nearly 2h if you want to see the sea.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist eher für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder-aber nicht für 6 Erwachsene ausgelegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Leider gibt es keine Handtücher und Trockentücher, was bei der Anfahrt mit dem Flugzeug etwas belastet. Der Toilettenabzug funktioniert nicht immer, was etwas nervig ist. Könnte eigentlich schnell ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit ihren zwei Terrassen und zwei Etagen angenehm.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und die Aussicht auf den See ist traumhaft. Alles was gebraucht wird, ist vorhanden und großzügig aufgeteilt.Die Terassen und Balkone der Reihenhäuser liegen eng beieinander. Uns hat dies nicht gestört, da wir sehr netten Kontakt zu den Nachbarn hatten.Der Fußweg zum Wasser ist eher ein abenteuerlicher Trampelpfad. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Gegend die für jederman etwas zu bieten hat.Wir würden wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. l'appartement est vraiment bien aménagé, très bien équipé et chacun a pu profiter de temps plus calmes dans sa chambre après les longues journées de baignade. Le bémol sera sur les literies qui ne nous ont pas permis de bien dormir, notamment celui en 140 cm qui est vraiment fin. Vraiment dommage! Le vrai plus, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces, extrêmement agréable en cette semaine à 39 en journée. C'était notre troisième année consécutive à Esparron, nous adorons toujours autant ce village et son lac!

Erholsame Ferientage an einem schönen Ort

Meine Frau und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Jean-Marc sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen voll und ganz. Wandern und Radfahren in der attraktiven Umgebung und mit dem Kajak auf dem See unterwegs sein, war in diesen schönen Frühlingstagen einfach wunderbar!

Très bel appartement avec vue sur le lac

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait car au calme. Un grand plus avec la mise à disposition de tous les consommables. Une très belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac et un grand parking dans la résidence. Très bonne et rapide communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande totalement cette location. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Site avec super vue sur le lac

Endroit dont les points forts sont le calme et la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Les points faibles sont nombreux : Appartement humide avec odeur de litière ( le propriétaire a un chat et ne le mentionne pas) : mon épouse est allergique au chat. La verrerie était mal lavée. Le site ne mentionne pas que l'on doit apporter les linges de vaisselle et serviette (surtout quand connivent de l'extérieur du pays) Pierre et Josée

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Der Weg zum See ist etwas Steil aber machbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und Klimatisert. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den See. Die Umgebung ist schön und ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Ich kann sie Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans l’appartement. La vue sur le lac est splendide : on ne peut pas s’en lasser. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. La très grande proximité des voisins nous a cependant un peu surpris. Nous recommandons fortement cette belle location.
