Behind its rosy trellis, in the heart of the village of Bages, this charming three-story house hides from view. Be seduced by its comfort, its spaciousness, and its immense wooden terrace that affords a spectacular view over the Bages basin. The ground floor contains a large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a corner tub. On the first floor there is a comfortable lounge with a flatscreen TV, desk, a double bedroom and a kids' room. The master suite is located on the second floor with its bathroom and toilet, opening onto the magnificent covered terrace, invaluable from coffee in the morning to barbecues at night. Also indispensable are the lounge chairs facing the watery panorama and fiery roses.

A beautiful property well presented. Superbly clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay in this beautifully presented house. The view from the veranda was beautiful. The kitchen was fully kitted out with great thought to visitor needs. The bathrooms we brilliantly clean and well presented. The location is very close to the village square. Parking is quite a way away so you need to plan offload and loading of luggage. The three storey building is not really suitable to very young children or the infirm. Overall we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay and would recommend this property for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

Un petit hic nous n avons jamais rencontré le Proprietaire (qui nous avait avisé de son absence) ni son amie qui devait nous recevoir. Une belle vue depuis la terrasse sur l étang. Les chambres sont sans fenêtre il s agit d une vraie maison de village. Inadaptée à des personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher. Chambres aux étages. Maison très bien située à proximité des étangs . Belles promenades. Avons visité siégeant et sa réserve africaine et sommes allés manger aux grands buffets.

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderschönen Blick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer kleinen Gasse und erstreckt sich auf drei Etagen. Sie hat eine wunderschöne Dachterasse mit super Ausblick. Einziges Manko ist die Parksituation. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jedenfall nur weiterempfehlen.

Schönes historisches Ferienhaus in altem Bergdorf mitten im Naturschutzgebiet

Umgebung, Lage: Geniale Lage inmitten des Naturschitzgebiets nahe Narbonne, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, viele Badestrände im 30 Minuten Umkreis. Haus: Leider war es während unsere Aufenthalts sehr heiß. Das Haus verfügt leider nicht über eine Klimanlage, welche aufgrund wäder wenigen Fenstern und der fehlenden Möglichkeit zu lüften, notwendig wäre. Leichte Abhilfe verschaffen nur die vorhandenen Ventilatoren. Sehr sauber, Küche stellt alles, was benötigt wird. Defekte Waschmaschine wurde innerhalb eines Tages ausgetauscht! Perfekter Service vor Ort! Wenn ein Klimagerät nachgerüstet werden kann, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Pasamos dos noches super bien, muy aconsejable, por poner un pero es que está en zona peatonal y lo de cargar y descargar el coche se hace algo más incómodo y más si vas con un bebé. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Très bonne adresse, maison de caractère bien équipée.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison et ce village pleins de charme! Il faut toutefois être en forme physiquement (maison sur 2 étages,village perché et quartier piéton....donc parking éloigné de la maison).

Maison de village de charme: tout est dit! Propre, très bien équipée, linge de maison super, literie excellente et enfin une vue splendide sur l'étang. Nous y avons résidé à 4 adultes et 2 enfants sans problème. La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide et efficace ;) Le village est splendide et il dispose d'une épicerie permettant de faire les achats minima comme pour le petit déjeuner par exemple. Sur la place il y a même un bar-restaurant de haute volée proposant des plats incroyables. Je conseille TRES TRES TRES fortement cette location!

Estancia encantadora

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos en este apartamento de Bages. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades y una terraza muy bonita. Está bien equipada.El pueblo tiene mucho encanto y para quien busque tranquilidad es perfecto. A la vez puedes hacer excursiones para ver sitios cercanos muy interesantes.

Maison très propre , spacieuse, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Même des jeux pour les enfants. Terrasse appréciable. Village charmant. Accueil simple, courtois et chaleureux. Par contre, la maison se présente sur 3 étages: RDC, 1er et 2e, peut être problématique si on est avec de jeunes enfants (2-3 ans) car pas de barrière de sécurité pour les escaliers. Notre seul regret: y avoir passer qu'une seule nuit.

Realizing that I was the owner of a true sleeping beauty, I decided to awaken her with a careful renovation, making a guesthouse with which I hope to help promote Bages, a magnificent artistic and culinary village.
