Appartement de standing et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. De plus, les propriĂ©taires l'utilisent rĂ©guliĂšrement, ce qui lui donne une Ăąme. Nous n'Ă©tions que 3 dans ce logement qui comporte 2 SDB, 2 WC et beaucoup de couchages, donc trĂšs Ă  notre aise dans ce logement adaptĂ© aux familles ! L'emplacement est hyper central, ce qui est Ă  la fois une qualitĂ© (accĂšs piscine, tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique, commerces...Ă  pied) et un dĂ©faut car une des 2 chambres donne sur la rue qui est trĂšs bruyante (restaurants, petit supermarchĂ©...). Nous y Ă©tions pendant une canicule estivale, et il fallait donc faire le choix entre le bruit ou la chaleur car l'appartement est au derniĂšre Ă©tage sous les toits...Seul regret pour nous mais cela doit moins gĂȘner pour la saison d'hiver! Excellente communication avec le propriĂ©taire et l'agence immobiliĂšre qui le reprĂ©sente sur place.

El departamento es muy cĂłmodo y tiene todo lo necesario!!! El Ășnico punto que nos sorprendiĂł es que son 2 dormitorios y los otros dos dormitorios son espacios que dan privacidad con una cortina. Los baños son 2 divididos cada baño entre el ex por un lado y el resto por el otro.Nosotros fuimos 5 adultos, grupo mixto y estuvo Perfecto. La ubicaciĂłn es excelente!!!!! Otro punto a favor es que tiene cochera,

MalgrĂ© le manque de neige, nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour Ă  Saint Lary Les skieurs ont pu skier tous les matins de 9a 13h Les randonneurs ont pu profiter de belles balades L’appartement au top. Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et 1 adolescent. Chacun son espace. PiĂšce de vie grande et agrĂ©able. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut : raclette, fondue, vaisselle en quantitĂ© suffisante, jeux, livres, etc

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille, l'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et fonctionnel, 2 salles de bains et 2 wc sĂ©parĂ©s sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables avec 2 grands enfants, il est trĂšs bien situĂ©, en plein cƓur du village avec tous les commerces autour.

Logement trÚs agréable.

Ce logement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Il est en trÚs bon état, propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute des besoins des locataires : mise à disposition chaise haute, lit de bébé et luge ... Ce logement nous à permis de passer un trÚs bon séjour en famille.

Localisation idéale et appartement bien pensé.

Notre sĂ©jour s'est merveilleusement passĂ©. L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il y a eu un petit oubli pour le lit bĂ©bĂ© et la chaise haute qui m'a fait une petite frayeur en arrivant mais le propriĂ©taire a su rĂ©agir et rĂ©gler ça trĂšs rapidement. On a apprĂ©ciĂ© l'agencement de l'appartement et ses terrasses. Sa localisation permet de dĂ©couvrir Saint-lary Ă  pied (bar/resto, boulangerie, tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique, piscine...). Le garage est trĂšs pratique et le prĂȘt d'une luge a Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ© par les petits 😁. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermĂ©s.
