clean, fun and inspiring!
We were so happy with our stay. Everything was so clean and the interior decorating (colors and furniture) were exceptional and somewhat inspiring. My kids enjoying the house and the river so much they wanted to stay there instead of going to beach! We loved it!
Fun little get away! Super clean and full of charm
Very nice home
My family really enjoyed the home. Stayed in Raymond for a wedding. Would come again
Great, quiet place to stay
We just wanted to get out of the smoke and heat of Eastern Washington and stumbled on this place. The exterior pictures don't really do it justice. It has a huge, front yard (big enough to set up a little disc golf), access to the creek behind (there are even kayaks if you feel like exploring - BYO life jackets). Four bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite, and both upstairs bathrooms are sizeable. Beds were comfortable and everything was scrupulously clean. We had tons of room to stretch out between the two family rooms downstairs (each with own TV), and the back decks. We enjoyed ourselves so much we're thinking of coming back for our annual getaway for Superbowl weekend. There's a pretty nice biking /walking trail through Raymond that we'd like to explore more, and some natural areas. For the short time we were here, we took the 45 minute drive out to the Grayland beaches and to Westport and had a blast exploring. I just wish we had a little more time. I wouldn't recommend the place for a family with many little kids (say 6 & under) - there are lots of frangible objects, stone counters, stone floors, and white surfaces to destroy and it might not be as relaxing as you might wish. But for everyone else, this house is a winner.
Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped
We celebrated a reunion of friends here and everyone was pleased with this house. The four large beds were comfortable. The space in the house allowed people to spread out. We did a lot of cooking and we had everything we needed to cook a variety of dishes. One well-travelled friend commented that it was the best equipped kitchen in a rental unit she had ever seen. There were four toilets in the house so no one ever had to wait for someone else to finish. Heather was a wonderful host, quietly leaving us extra supplies just when we needed them. We enjoyed using the grill and the hot tub, as well. It is located in a pretty, quiet area near a river. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to any family or group of friends.
