Welcome to B34!

There is a parking fee of $25.00 per vehicle plus tax per stay, 2 vehicle max per unit. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Boats have to be registered at the office as there is a fee of $40.00 per day plus tax and trailers must be parked in the Boat Yard at a first come first serve bases.

The serenity of Perdido Key is a treasure only a few know.

Sundown is a private, peaceful, low-rise condo complex on the Key that is truly a hidden gem.

Positioned on scenic Ole River, Sundown has a private walkway to the beach and offers access to water recreation of all types.

It offers a large pool, tennis and basketball courts. Picnic areas with barbeque grills are near the pool and by Ole River.

Cable and wireless internet are provided.

For boat lovers, there are boat slips, jet ski moorings, and storage for trailers.

A boat launch is available for your use nearby.

The Coastal Suite is a one bedroom, one bath, third floor condo with a large deck that offers the best waterfront views in the complex.

The sunsets are breathtaking and stargazing with the provided telescope is magical.

Watch the birds soar and dive for food as you sunbathe on the deck while dolphins make their daily pass on the river.

The Coastal Suite has multiple amenities.

The kitchen is abundantly stocked with equipment for home cooking and entertaining.

The guest closet has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach and pool toys, and other goodies. Fishing gear and crab traps are provided for those who want to try their luck.

The bedroom has an elegant and comfortable king size bed and a television. For those bringing little ones, a pack and play has been provided for your convenience.

In the living room there is a large flat screen TV for television and movie viewing and a sound system for playing DVD's, CD's, and I-pods.

This condo is a one of a kind getaway that you will not want to leave. Ask for B-34, the Coastal Suite, and make your own special memories at Sundown Condos in Perdido Key.

We do not allow pets.

We only allow smoking in the parking lot and the BBQ areas.

Have stayed here at least twice before so that speaks for itself. Have stayed in this complex 4 times. Too convenient but yet on the periphery of all the "action." Would not have been able to have this vacation without some work from the property managers and host. Many thank yous to them. Will be back!

Little slice of heaven

This was the third time my husband and I have stayed here! We love the condo, the location, and being on Ole River! The condo is clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked! Carey, the property manager is very helpful and attentive if anything needs his attention. We will be back next year!!

This place had everything and then some. If you forget something, no worries, they probably have what you need there already. The huge balcony overlooking the bay was our favorite part. The walk to the beach was super short. We also enjoyed the pool and basketball court. The beach was not crowded at all. There are tons of great places to eat nearby. I am not really a beach person and I can't wait to go back! You can tell that this condo was made with love and I truly appreciate all the little details that made it so welcoming!!

Great location and sunset views!

We loved the outdoor deck overlooking Ole River and Ono Island and enjoyed beautiful sunsets and watching the boats. The condo was directly across the street from the beach. Easy walk, and this area of the beach was not very crowded at all. Very clean condo and property. We appreciated the storage closet stocked with beach gear. We were only able to use one chair because the others were pretty rusty, but it was ok. We were thrilled to have a small cooler and beach umbrellas! The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to remove the laundry closet door, as it does not close and sticks out a bit. But we were very happy to have a washer and dryer, which is hard to find in a one bedroom condo. Overall, loved this property!

Great place to stay!

We had a great vacation, and the condo was wonderful. The only thing that needs to be made clear is that, not only are there no elevators, the units are not handicap accessible, and we were on the third floor.

Perdido Key beach vacation

Beautiful beaches and water....right across the street. Stayed in 3rd floor condo with beautiful view of the back channel and sunsets. Was quiet area away from hustle and bustle but close enough to get involved if you wanted. Would have liked a little clearer check in instruction on little things like how to operate front door but not a deal breaker at all. Place was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again and the Flora Bama area was just beautiful.

Vacation for 50th Anniversary

Condo was very good but the amenities were lacking! The pool was dirty and outdoor furniture was dirty so didn't spend anytime at the pool! Very disappointed!

Great Location, Quiet, Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. I have never stayed in Perdido but it was well worth the chance as it's not near as busy as Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. The location of this condo makes all the places I like within a ten minute drive. Even though it's not on the beach side, it is really easy to walk across to the beach with the boardwalk provided. Beach wasn't really crowded either. I would recommend this place to stay.

1st time in perdido key

The property was the perfect location to the beach The room was clean and roomy. The room had everything and more you could need for a beach vacation. The only negative was that our room was on the third floor with no elevator which made it a challenge for my 82 year old dad. But his coming was a last minute decision so we did not research the handicap accessibility Definitely not the VRBO HOST FAULT. Only improvement I would make to the room is maybe a mattress topper for the pull out hide a bed. It is like most not much padding and comfort. But we really enjoyed the room pool and beach access. Definitely would book this room again but if fortunate enough to bring my dad back would search for a more handicapp accessible room. Thanks

Beautiful view!

We loved the view from the balcony and the well stocked condo. We were able to bring our boat and keep it at the docks behind the property. There was even a place to store the boat trailer during our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved the location of the condo! It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. The only negative was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. But we contacted the owner and it was fixed quickly. Overall, we were pleased with the condo.
