4 NUIT MINIMUM PENDANT LA SAISON DE POINTE.
Allongez-vous et détendez-vous dans le condo joliment décoré au premier étage., Avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. PAS BESOIN D'UN ASCENSEUR ..... à quelques pas de votre balcon privé et vous avez un accès facile à la plage, au bain à remous, aux piscines intérieure ou extérieure, ainsi qu'au centre de fitness complet avec douches. Cette une chambre, 1, 5 salle de bain peut accueillir confortablement 4 avec un lit king-size dans la chambre principale ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.
Le condo est entièrement approvisionné pour répondre à tous vos besoins et le personnel de la réception est là pour vous fournir des indications pour les attractions locales et vous aider de toutes les manières possibles.

Il n'y a pas de laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, cependant, il y a une laverie à pièces en bas pour les clients à utiliser.

Nous vous invitons à venir profiter des plages de sable blanc et de tout ce que Perdido Key a à offrir. Le Perdido Sun possède un grand hall attrayant ainsi que des barbecues sur le côté est de l'installation pour votre usage. This was the perfect place for our beach getaway. We loved the easy pool and beach access. As listed, it’s truly just a few steps away and had a great view of the beach! The condo was plenty of space and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and very well maintained. It was great being right on the beach. Since VRBO was having problems with their computers and never sent an e-mail with what I needed to have prior to my arrival, it was great the owner took care of everything for me. she was very helpful.

Overlooks both pools and hot tub. Easy access to beach and it’s a nice beach. Condo had everything we needed. Property is well kept. Everyone was nice. Pizza, burger, sushi and breakfast restaurant directly across the st. A couple souvenir shops and an ice cream place too.

Had Perdido Heating And Air come out there after hours after she complained the AC was not working. They checked the unit on top of the building and inside the condo. They confirmed that it was operating properly and it was registering 69° inside the unit. We also have the AC serviced by Perdido Heating and Air 2 times a year to insure efficient cooling and heating.

2nd Perdido Sun Trip

Arrived on time for check-in at 4 pm which was good, once to room found no house keeping had been on site to clean room, so called Host rep several times and was unable to make contact with her for over 2 hours, third try finally made contact with her while trying to buy sheets to sleep for the night and advised she would get someone there as soon as possible. Cleaning staff showed up about 8pm and left right before 10pm. Faciality and staff were great but host rep was the worst experience we have had traveling. would recommend a different room.

Overall we loved the location of the condo, being on the first floor and steps away from the pool and beach were perfect. Also being right across the street to shops and food is a plus for sure ! There are however a few things that need to be changed in the condo. The fridge and freezer were great, the air worked great. I would give it a B+ on cleanliness only because we saw crumbs on the pullout couch mattress and something melted and chocolate was in the fridge when we got there. The master bedroom door lock is on the wrong side (locks from the outside instead of inside) which is not good when you need some adult time alone. The furniture and artwork and bedding need some major updating. I knew the decor was out of date when I booked but I booked anyway due to the fact that it was on the first floor. We loved Perdido Sun condos and being on first floor . I would definitely stay here again maybe just in a more updated condo. (May just be the owners taste in decor) But I wanted to give an honest review ! Also not having a washer dryer was new for us (condos we usually stay in have that ) but it was also kinda nice NOT doing any laundry !!! They had plenty of towels in the bathroom so no need to wash those.

Very clean (and I’m picky about that)! Convenient and perfect location! Step off the private patio and you’re at the pools and hot tub! Walk past the pools and your feet are in the beautiful, clean, sand at beach! Gorgeous view of the beach from condo! Will definitely book this condo again!

Nice stay with an asterisk

While the unit was as advertised and in a wonderful location, many of the other tenants were loud, drinking at the pool, and playing large sound systems at the poolside. When we asked the property coordinator, she said she could ask them to turn it down but they don’t have to. Unless there are clearer standards and penalties for unruly tenants, we likely won’t stay here again.
