Enjoy all that Michigan has to offer on Keeler Lake. 7 minutes from Sisters Lake, nearby dining, bars, breweries and more! But, you don't have to leave because you'll likely want to enjoy the lake, beach and beautiful sunsets. This cottage has all of the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including, internet, cable, washer/dryer, central air, gas grill, deck, fire pit, and more!

Come relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the awesome sunsets from the comfort of your own deck. Sleeps 10-12 people comfortably. Maximum of 3 families and 10 adults. No Pets or smoking, please.

**All Guests required to sign our Guest Occupancy Agreement as well. Age minimum of 28 years old to rent.

**4 car maximum parking. Please do not park on the grass areas.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please shut off light, put away outdoor cushions, close umbrellas.
Please take garbage to the cans and put cans on the curb to help avoid overflow for the next guest.
Please turn heat/air off before leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not fish off the boat or remove covers. Unfortunately, the boat is not available to rent.
Please bring your own firewood and clean up the firepit before checking out for next guest.
If the propone runs out during your stay, please kindly replace it and we will reimburse you for the cost and inconvenience.

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our family for an extended weekend. The property perfectly fit our needs with lots of relaxing on the patio, enjoying kayaking on the lake, and bon fires at night.

overall house was great! was nice having the beach! Only thing I would say is the kitchen cabinets were pretty full & the same with the fridge so there wasn't alot of room for our stuff. Great house & location.....definitely plan on going again

Living that Lake Life

We had a great stay at the cabin with our family. The beach and lake are really clean and made the stay. We loved the deck and views. Host was very responsive and we would stay again.

Perfect family vacation!

The house was absolutely beautiful, and the view to the lake was even better. It accommodated myself and 6 other adults and 2 children too. We were able to play bags by the beach, and take the paddle boat out as well. Definitely will be planning on staying here again in the future!

Overall nice stay could have used more bath towels. Not the hosts fault but the lake was way more seaweed than I’ve ever experienced with spots of green algae floating at times. The fish in the lake were also ridiculous as they would bite any body part if you dared to sit still and not constantly move in the water. I’ve never experienced anything like this before!

Family Time

This was a last minute booking and was just a little skeptical about booking due to one previous review. Once we arrived and entered the rental our minds were at ease. The property had been updated and was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the listing had not been updated. It is a small lake but with no boat rentals on the lake however there are marinas close that will deliver, but you will need to book way ahead. Our grandkids loved the beach area where the water was warm enough to swim. The kayak and paddle boat were a plus. My only suggestions were to maybe add another kayak and add TV’s to the bedrooms.

Beautiful lake…house was lacking

First impressions were good… but then we started to notice a lot of little things that were just kind of disappointing. Lots of missing trim, one room not fully carpeted (and particleboard exposed), paint peeling on the deck, dirty outdoor cushions etc. No place to put our own things, specifically in the bathroom. Bathtub was full of (I assume the owners) shampoos/conditioners, body washes and bath toys. In the bedrooms drawers and closets were full of the owners things, so we could not put any of our own things in those either. It felt like we were housesitting for someone instead of in a vacation rental home. There were a couple other mishaps while we were there. Like the bunkbed breaking and a huge water leak in the basement when it was raining. When I reached out to the owners about the leaking, they told me that the water leak was normal when it rained hard. There were huge puddles in front of both doors in the basement and I spent a solid amount of time trying to get everything away from the doors so that it would not get wet and then clean the water up so that no one would slip or fall. I don’t know… It was just extremely disappointing for the price when we spent multiple thousands of dollars for a week we expected a little more from this rental property. I have rented multiple properties through the years and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed by the home. The only saving grace for this house is that the lake was crystal clear and beautiful.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Beachy feeling rental with everything you need for a family vacation. Keeler Lake is shallow enough to stay warm for hours of swimming and floating. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft with twin trundles which I don’t think was apparent in the photos. The only concern was the open staircase to the basement level which we blocked off from the grandchildren.

We have rented this property under a previous owner two years ago and additional changes are great.

Our experience with this property and the property owners were great. However, I do not think the policy of Vrbo to require all the money upfront is right. Standardly, a deposit is put down to start with and the balance paid two weeks before our stay. I felt the communication with the owners was difficult through Vrbo. Should put some additional updated pictures of the property of all bedrooms and the downstairs, that would do this property real justice.
