Although located in a 1000m2 garden with terrace, garden and barbecue area, this stone house is well equipped and tastefully furnished in the style of the country. The beach is a large sandy beach at the bottom of the bay of Douarnenez, lined with dunes. Nearby: Douarnenez fishing port, the island of Sein, the medieval town of Locronan, the bird sanctuary of Cap Sizun.

Points forts : Calme, pas de vis à vis, à 5 mn de la plage. Point faible et primordial : Ménage non fait à l'arrivée : frigo, sanitaires, et sols sales, sans parler des toiles d'araignées et leurs déjections en telle quantité qui démontrait que le ménage datait ! J'ai donc refusé les frais de ménage qu'on voulait m'imposer, pour un service non fait à mon arrivée. C'est vraiment dommage car la maison et le lieu sont agréables. Je suis partie en laissant la maison bien plus propre que je ne l'ai trouvée.

De prijs / kwaliteitsberhouding is niet in evenwicht. Tijdens ons verblijf was het slecht weer. Het huis is dan vochtig, weinig ventilatie mogelijkheden. Er is geen lekkere zitbank aanwezig. Gezien de prijs mag er meer worden geĂŻnvesteerd in het comfort, zoals afzuigkap in de keuken en ventilatie in de badkamer en betere bedden.

Maison agréable qui a du potentiel

PropriĂ©taire sympathique. A notre arrivĂ©e, la poignĂ©e permettant d'ouvrir le portail Ă©tait dĂ©solidarisĂ©e Ă  force d'usage pendant le sĂ©jour nous n'Ă©tions pas trĂšs Ă  l'aise pour ouvrir et fermer le portail, il fallait forçait un peu et soulever lĂ©gĂšrement le portail, la propriĂ©taire envisageait la rĂ©paration. Nous avons dĂ©couvert cette charmante maison, la dĂ©co y est trĂšs rustique et authentique la maison demande nĂ©anmoins un petit rafraĂźchissement (peinture et certaines fenĂȘtres en simple vitrage). Vous avez le nĂ©cessaire pour y vivre en "Ă  point" (gaziniere Ă©lectrique, lave vaisselle, lave linge et sĂšche linge). La literie Ă©tait de bonne qualitĂ© (draps non fournis). Nous avons regrettĂ© le fait de ne pas avoir de canapĂ© (trĂšs apprĂ©ciable aprĂšs une journĂ©e randonnĂ©e) remplacĂ© par deux petits fauteuil en rotins. Il manque Ă©galement des chaises longues pour profiter du jardin et un entretien soignĂ© de l'espace extĂ©rieur ainsi qu'un rangement dans le garage. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le barbecue Ă  disposition. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  600 m de la plage, vous avez vu sur la mer de la fenĂȘtre de la cuisine et dans les chambres du haut. Nous nous sommes sentis trĂšs bien dans cette maison et serions prĂȘt Ă  y retourner.

TB emplacement mais peu confortable

TrĂšs bonne emplacement de la location situĂ©e Ă  10 min Ă  pied de la plage. La maison manque cependant de confort et aurait besoin d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e pour la rendre plus agrĂ©able en intĂ©rieur comme en extĂ©rieur. Mobilier rustique qui ne permet pas la dĂ©tente. son atout : l’emplacement et une propriĂ©taire sympathique

Feuchte WĂ€nde und Schimmel

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen mit dem Haus gemacht. An der Wetterseite befand sich an der Wand im Wohnzimmer Schimmel. Dort kam der feuchte Putz von der Wand. Spinnenweben an vielen Stellen. Der KĂŒhlschrank verdeckt. Kein Ort zum WohlfĂŒhlen. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist und haben uns eine andere Bleibe gesucht mit Hilfe des Verwalters.
