Week end de pâques les pieds dans l'eau.

Petit appartement au rez-de-chaussée avec vu sur la méditerranée et à proximité des commerces. On pose la voiture et on se ballade.

Réservation de dernière minute, faute d'avoir pu signer à temps pour notre acquisition sur la commune, donc expérience faite en découverte et en futur exploitant. que dire: Emplacement : établissement bien placé, quoique un peu bruyant en raison du village de vacance à proximité et leurs animations en soirée et du voisinage (boulistes, propriétaires du dessus,..) Logement : qualité médiocre, fade, aucune personnalisation, vieillot. Seul la salle de bains est correct et a été refaite récemment (à moitié, car une prise a été oubliée ou alors trop chère).Le reste de l'appartement mériterait un sérieux coup de jeune (prise électrique avec fil en contact direct, porte fenêtre ne fermant pas, tringle à rideaux tombant, propreté générale moyenne (moisissure cuisine), luminaire non fonctionnant (de lustre à mamie) L'agence : comme tant d'autres, aucune réaction immédiate afin de résoudre les disfonctionnements en tant que futur propriétaire, je n'accepte pas cela, surtout quand l'on connait leur coût Pour conclure, rapport qualité/prix non concluant. Trop chère pour la prestation. Aucun état des lieux d'entrée et sortie (d'ailleurs listing d'état des lieux, obsolète datant de 2006 et non mis à jours va bien avec l'ensemble du logement.

Cadre idyllique pour des vacances en famille. La location est agréable et très bien située. Vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne. Nombreuses activités et commerces accessibles à pied.
