Great location and cottage in Bend. Walk to Old Bend in minutes. Nice backyard with seating area which was shaded and lovely to sit and enjoy the afternoon. Great, cozy place for a quick getaway.

The Stone's Throw house is a perfect place to stay in Bend. We come to Bend often and know that the place to stay (in our opinion) is in the Old Bend area, where the Stone's Throw is located. So many places within easy walking distance from here. The house itself is comfortable and well appointed, we liked everything about how it was decorated and laid out. Very nice little seating area in the back too. If I had one little nit-picky thing to say it would be that the house is on a fairly busy street and the noise from the traffic can be heard at times, but we still give the house 5 stars because of it's excellent location and the fact that it's a very charming and a fun little house. Did I mention that we love Bend? We do, and we'll be back again soon. :)

The Aspen House is our home-away-from-home that we are happy to share with you. Our house offers you a great place to relax and enjoy all that Bend has to offer. We started with a classic “millworker’s house” and spent 18 months modernizing the inside while keeping the “Old Bend” flavor on the outside. We tried to reuse and recycle wherever possible and we love the modern mix this cottage offers.

The Deschutes River Trail system awaits 3 blocks from your door, and Hosmer Lake sparkles within a 2-mile drive. Coming to Bend for the epic skiing and snowboarding? Arrive at Mt. Bachelor in 20 minutes for world-class trails and powder.
