35 mins from Bayonne - Basque Country and 25 mins from Dax, the spa town.

Swimming pool available in season in the heart of the Residence.

The Atlantic and its immense sandy beaches await you 10 minutes by car and 35 minutes by bike by cycle path in the middle of nature (a joy!).

Seaside resort of Vieux Boucau very lively in season.

4 Supermarkets in Soustons + all shops in the city center. - 2 mins by car and 5/10 mins by bike.

Cinema, restaurants and large market every Monday and Thursday morning; in season, night market every Friday.

Nice view and quiet environment

Very nice view on the lake, especially from the dining table. Apart from holiday season very quiet. Two separate bedrooms (on two separate floors). Kitchen equipped with all what it needs.

Un très bel emplacement calme au bord du lac, dans une ville qui offre tout ce dont on a besoin. La maison n'est plus toute neuve, mais elle offre tout ce dont on a besoin. Grâce à Aude, l'accès à la maison s'est avéré très simple.

Natur pur, leider auch in der ganzen Anlage

Das Reihenhaus liegt direkt am See, Natur pur und, wenn man Glück hat, kann man einen herrlichen Sternenhimmel bewundern, da es, außer von den Wohnungen, rund um den See keine Lichtquellen gibt. Das ist klasse. Die Anlage selbst ist allerdings auch naturbelassen incl. vergammelter Dusche am Pool. Im Haus riecht es sehr muffig, das lässt sich auch mit Dauerlüften nicht vertreiben. Das bezieht sich demzufolge auch auf die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen, die zusätzlich einen netten Schweißgeruch vom Vorgänger aufweisen. Schade, denn die Lage ist einmalig.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement duplex. Très jolie vue de l’appartement : le lac ! On ne s’en lasse pas tous les jours et tous les soirs pour un coucher de soleil sur le lac! L’appartement est très bien situé , très fonctionnel, les propriétaires l’ont très bien aménagé ! Nous étions presque comme chez nous.

Apartamento muy bonito y muy bien situado, vistas al lago. Muy limpio y tiene de todo y en buen estado. Solo le falta wifi. Muy buena elección.
